Very unprofessional. No call No show. Set a date, confirmed with text and that day came and went without a word.

A few years ago my garage door had buckled and it was during the very bad storm we had. I found galaxy door on craigslist and called. I was afraid it would be out rages and I could never afford to get it fixed and even if I could afford it when would he be able to come out during the storm. He came out that day he literally spent eight hours in my garage there are a lot more problems than just The buckling of the door. I kept taking them warm drinks and telling him he didn’t have to finish he was freezing I felt so bad. He could’ve charged me a lot more than he did but he stood by his Quote. I have had him out since for my garage door opener he’s always extremely fair, extremely professional, honest and caring and kind which is hard to come by these days. I have referred him to many many people who have all called me and thanked me for referring galaxy door to them. I am a single mother and every penny counts and I rarely leave reviews because they’re not good but you will not be sorry you call galaxy door.

I've never experienced a service call handled as promptly and professionally! Jeremiah, has mastered his trade as well as his people skills.

Called Galaxy Door after a friend told me about them…really glad I did, great service and very professional! I was scared I'd need a whole new garage door but Jeremiah fixed the problem fast and for a very reasonable price!

I called in the morning because I found out both springs on my garage door had broken. Jeremiah was here within the hour and had the job completed in under 45 minutes while charging much less than the replacement springs cost at other competing companies. I also saved from not having to pay any service charges or hidden charges it was totally free for him to come out and look at it. He also adjusted the door and now it opens and closes so quiet. Very happy with services today!

Very fast, professional, courteous. He was able to fix the my garage door very quickly and the price was very reasonable. If I ever need garage door repairs/replacement done in the future this is the company I call.

After Jeremiah installed a new garage door opener, my garage door no longer sealed at the bottom. He said I needed parts in order to make my garage door seal at the bottom like it did before the installation. I asked him to come out and disconnect the garage door opener and see if the door would seal that way, he refused, became argumentative and continued to interrupt me. He said he would come out but it would cost me $85 for a service call. I will never have Jeremiah nor anybody from Galaxy door do anything for me again. I had to have the garage door opener totally reinstalled but my garage door now seals at the bottom like it did before he installed the opener.

GREAT PLACE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND . Once and awhile you find a place that doesn't overcharge very clean and professional. Thanks Jeremiah

This is a great company to work with. I also saved $85 because they don't charge a service call charge - friendly, quick, and will take the time to answer questions and explain what they are doing. I Would absolutely give my business to them again!

Jeramiah is awesome to deal with. He provides great customer service and his installations are timely, clean and he gets the job done right. I had Galaxy Door install a garage door for me they treated me with the up most respect and provided superior customer service. I now know where to get my next door as they have won me as a customer for life. Trust them for all your garage door needs.

After he installed the garage door, I can tell it’s high quality! I’ll call Galaxy Door anytime I need regular maintenance. Recommended, for sure.
