She was incredibly helpful and had a very pleasant attitude about an unpleasant task. One of the many reasons we keep coming back to Huggins!

Dustin (in finance) is a very nice guy too. Kudos to both Jeff and Dustin and to all Huggins Honda team for a great experience and service provided to me.

I’ve been toying with purchasing a vehicle for some time, but largely due to the economy I have hesitated until I found exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted and conveniently located in my back own yard. Tresha Petty made the whole car buying experience a pleasure; she provided me with the information I needed as I requested it and led the way without the usual pushing, haggling and intimidation I’ve experienced in the past. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the Honda CR-V as well as her customer service skills. She listened to what I was saying and helped me select the vehicle that was best suited for my needs. I’m definitely impressed with my purchasing experience and Tresha gets the Gold Star; I will recommend her to everyone I know who is interested in buying a new car.

They welcomed me and got me in and out of the dealership in no time… I got me a beautiful 2010 Honda Civic and it was time! Thanks Huggins and everyone that made this possible.

Provided by YP.comI would like to formally enter a commendation on behalf of Forrest Clark. My last purchase at Huggins was 11 years ago. Based on Honda's track record, it might be a while before I buy another one. Never have I regretted not being able to do business with a sales representative on a regular basis; however, this has been my experience with Mr. Clark. Of course, I am already recommending him to friends who might be in the market to buy a car in the next months and years.
You have my business, already, in the service department. Even though good values are fairly prevalent in the new car market right now, Mark Mouton is one of the deciding factors in my purchasing another Honda. If Mark had not been my service advisor over the past several years -- of course, including the time of my near-devastating $3,500 transmission replacement a week before Christmas last year -- I might have considered a car other than Honda. If a bonus or other significant recognition is available for Mark, I highly recommend your considering awarding it to him. Over the past few years, I have spent thousands of dollars on service at Huggins, aside from the transmission, not because I believe dealership prices reflect the best value I could get, but because Mark treats me as if I am his only customer. To the contrary, word gets around that he is your busiest service advisor. My experience and others like it are the reason.

Provided by YP.comI’ve been with Huggins Honda for quite a while and I have no kind of complaints. First of the customer service there is absolutely incredible! When I purchased it was about 2 years ago, and like I said I have yet to complain about this dealership. I do my service check up every now and then when my car needs it and no over charges or fighting with the techs. They always give me an answer once I get there or even if I call to let them know what’s going on with my car they inform me if I will be needing someone to pick me up or I have to wait. This makes my life easier and I will never change anything about Huggins Honda. Ever since my purchase I sent many of my friends and family members to the dealership and they have no complaints. Thank you very much Huggins Honda for making this a piece of cake!

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best dealership I have been too, I’ve been to other places and they give me the run around. I was looking for a brand new Honda Accord Sedan for my new family and I found what I was looking for, black on black interior and exterior! Nice rims and a powerful engine! My new car is clean and wouldn’t change anything about it! Now my family and I are gonna ride safe and fresh! Thank you Huggins Honda for making this work!
