What a professional and intelligent young man. We are new to these kind of systems since we are from the north and he took the time to show us how to care for it and keep it healthy. We had a lot of questions and he answered them all. Before he left he told us it was his last day since he was moving to Georgia. Sorry for your loss Tri Country…he is a great employee. Whoever gets Andrew in Georgia is very lucky!

They are always on time and work quickly to do the Pm or to correct any problems we have. This is the 9th year we have used them. We have never been disappointed when we have to call for maintenance.

Tyler evaluated our HVAC system as we had been told by another company that we needed to replace the entire HVAC system including the ductwork. Tyler performed a very thorough inspection including the ductwork and told us that everything looks fine - nothing needs to be replaced. He told us that there were a couple of places where insulation needed to be replaced on the refrigerant line in the attic but that this was a minor repair job that could be handled as part of routine biannual inspection and maintenance. After dealing with unscrupulous operators, it was extremely encouraging to have an honest evaluation. We will be lifetime customers!
