Fun to be around and very clear with giving instructions.

This was a very easy process, i had an appointment before i got the surgery explaining how it would go, then during the surgery the staff were very helpful and informative, they let us know when we should be back and had helpful instructions to help with the healing process.

Very thorough and thoughtful. I was anxious before the procedure, however the nurses and Dr. Louie helped me to feel comfortable and I felt confident that I was in good hands...which I was. Very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Louie put us at easy with my sons diagnosis and was open with all the options. He explained everything to me and my son in terms my 7 year old could understand. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
