Service rep was polite and courteous. Arrived on time and did the little extra things I requested of him and made sure I was satisfied before he left.

Mercedes was our technician. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all of my questions fully and was very helpful when I asked about how to keep my dogs safe after treatments. Thank you Mercedes. Mike M.

Daniel did a great and through job cleaning pest nest and spraying the exterior of my house. He was also very helpful cleaning spider webs for us on the ceiling per our request. The service was excellent and we are really happy about it.

June 1 being my first experience with Aptive, Spencer helped me resolve an issue I had with the number of treatments I agreed to by making two phone calls to Aptive. The issue was resolved by Austin from Aptive. I thank Spencer and Austin for their good customer service. Spencer is a personable young man who explained the treatment process and answered all my questions.
