We have been very happy with Midtown Home Improvement and with the employees that work for them! Our deck was done beautifully and we are having our stairs put in next! I cannot wait to see how it looks when it's complete but I already know that they will be wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They kept us informed and the timeline matched what we were told would happen, The crew was very professional and the work was completed with the timeline they gave us. It looks great and we will use this company again for future projects.

We had an extremely positive experience with Midtown Home Improvements when we had our new deck installed on our home. The old deck was removed and the new deck was installed within a few days. The workers that came to our home were extremely personable, skilled, and hard working. They asked our opinion on a slight change to move our steps about 6" over and it was a perfect suggestion. I loved my experience with Midtown. I had scheduled them to come out to give me a quote on an annoyance and decided to use them for a whole basement remodel with full bath. They did the project relatively quickly considering the size ( took about 8 weeks total from beginning to end once they had started). Tom, Bud, Kenny and Marsha took my concept ideas and drew up a great plan, made excellent suggestions for improvements and really made the space one I love to spend time in. I love it!

Midtown installed guttering around our house and did an excellent job. It took a while for them to get to the job, but once they did, they completed the job in a morning.

we had a great expierence with midtown the sales person was not pushy he took his time and had a long presentation but we had a lot of questions we actually turned away midtown a year prior to actually having them back out and having our job done with them, so we looked around a lot and are happy we had midtown do the job. the installers were great as well no mess to clean up afterward. we have had to have them come back out a couple times to replace a few things but they have been in and out and done what we have requested.

we will use midtown again.

Absolutely an incredible company to work with. Extremely friendly and were able to work with me with my work that needed to be done. They were extremely fast at responding to any and all request that I had, while they were on the job! I would recommend them to anyone!

The salesman was a little pushy but not rude. The deck was almost exactly what we were told it would be. The only thing that was different then what we were told, were the screws in the front part of the deck. We were told by the salesman there would be no visible screws. Honestly though, I could care less if I see the screws. The only other issue was that they only had one guy working. It could have been done a lot sooner if there were two people. However, our old deck ruined our siding and Midtown is special ordering it and replacing it for no extra charge! I would use them again!

I was 8 months pregnant, and when I got home from my baby shower at 8 pm on a Thursday I got out of my car to find a strange young man in a hoodie (hood pulled over his head) standing in my driveway right behind my car. Needless to say I about had a heart attack, as it was 8 pm at night and snowing and literally no one was outside in my subdivision. The man asked me if the homeowner was home as I ran towards my door. When I said I didn't know he said he was from Midtown Home Improvements and asked if he could talk to me. I said no and went inside and locked the door. I cannot stress enough how not ok it is to stand in the dark behind a pregnant woman's car on her property in a blizzard with your hood up in order to sell her something. Really really not an ok sales tactic.
