I took my car in for service and had money taken to me. Conveniently they report having no cameras and even lied about the incident!! Investigation is pending but beware of their service center and manager Krystal who seems to falsify evidence!!!!!

Gene explained everything that was done... he is a really nice man.

I was very impressed with the service manager. He took my vehicle in 2 hours before my appointment and he was very friendly.

Service Manager, Tom Metheney, diffused a misunderstanding that could have resulted in our dissatisfaction. His ability to patiently explain the issue at hand ensured that we will continue to get our Nissan serviced at Bob Howard and that we will look at Nissan vehicles in the future.

It was great that the dealership provided us with lunch so we didn't have to leave. Since I'm diabetic that was especially important. It was also nice to be able to watch my college football game while waiting for vehicle delivery. My wife and I had a great experience with our salesman, Tom McAndrew, and the dealership. We will definitely call Tom when we are ready to buy our next vehicle.

I will be making another appointment soon and I'm sure the service will still be exceptional. The service was really good. Bob Howard would definitely be recommended to my family and friends.

My service guy was Kirk Pearce, he is friendly, helpful, professional and extremely courteous and I have all the confidence in him. In fact, if for some reason he is unable to assist me every time I need my vehicle serviced I would reconsider where I would take my car, I have that much trust in him. He is trustworthy which I feel is exceptional for a car dealership.
