He was very efficient in recognizing my TMJ and getting me scheduled. Also, Gilda Hopkins let me to a room and got me prepped. She answered all my questions and lowered my anxiety.

Haylee’s Dr Smith and nurse Gilda were sweet and explained everything so well.

I had previous professional experience with Profiles, when my kids needed an oral surgeon, Profiles was my only choice. As always, everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. I fully believe they are the best in the state.

Dr Smith and his staff are very friendly professional and I would definitely recommend him. Gilda was very informative and also called after the procedure to check on my daughter who had all four wisdom teeth removed.

My son had jaw surgery, Dr. Smith and his staff were very easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and happily answered any questions I had. He is an experienced and truly gifted surgeon. From the moment I learned my son needed this surgery I never had any doubts of the care he would receive. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone needing this surgery.

amazing doctor, i am 18 years of age and i have been seeing him since i was at least months old, i have never been anxious or afraid of my surgeries as i suffer from a cleft lip and palate, i never ask question because i just trust him to take care of me. If you have an anxious child, this is definitely the doctor for you, as i have never been scared when visiting.

Dr. Smith has calmed any anxiety about our son's cleft lip and palate. Any and all of our questions have been answered clearly. His office has been easy to work with. Dr. Smith is down to earth, friendly, patient and so great with our son. You can tell he has a heart for kids and for what he does. We have been very pleased with every appointment and surgery. Our son's lip looks amazing! You can barely tell there has been any work done.

He was very thorough but very caring
I would not have chosen any other person do to this for me, his caring nature was very nice in such a stressful time in my life. He always answered my questions even the silly ones.
He never left me with any questions he made sure I understood everything about what was happening.

I had a corrective jaw surgery done. It was a bit scary at first but as i was walked step-by-step through what was going on, I felt no worries at all. Amazing crew and very understanding.

We're very thankful for Dr. Smith's work. He has made a drastic difference for my daughter. He was great to work with throughout the entire process from the beginning all the way throughout the follow-up process. Any time we needed to be seen he made time and always answered all of our questions.

Over all my experience was delightful. Ryan had upper jaw surgery and over the last few years of preparing for this surgery several repairs and surgery adjustments were made.
