We were seen right away and treated so kindly and with great respect. The nurse was very kind and personable and professional. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and patient and easy to talk to AND understand. The insurance coordinator was very efficient and diligent. Dr Smith and his team are wonderful. They ALL took time to visit and fully understand our concerns and needs at each visit and for surgery. He is very skilled and we are impressed with his work. Dr. Smith is very willing to answer questions and wonderful with kids.

We did have a good bit of difficulty of scheduling surgery dates and appointments. It was frustrating to be to told different things by different staff members about when we could schedule his surgery.

Overall, a great Dr., but the scheduling difficulties did make our lives more difficult.

He did and exceptional job on our daughters cleft lip.

Dr. Smith did an amazing job walking us through our journey to fix my son' cleft lip and palate. He was helpful and informative, but also kind and made us feel like he really cared about our son. we cannot say enough positive things about him abd his entire office.
