Most easy to schedule and compassionate drivers. They made a hard one way trip to move my mother into assisted living worry free during an extremely stressful time! Riders for life!!!

I live on a hill. I wasn't sure how I was going to make it in. Medride used their wheelchair to get me inside. I had recently had my foot operated upon, so I appreciated the help.

Great driver. He was very conversational and professional. After helping me put my 96 father in bed, he gave me a hug and wished I would have a great day. A great experience.

First time rider. On time for pick up. Very quick response for return ride home. Both drivers were wonderful people and easy to talk to. Offered to assist me and both concerned about my needs being met. Vans were clean, drivers safe. I enjoyed this service very much. What a great service and it's very well run. I was dreading the return trip because I've seen so many people at various doctors waiting excessively to go home. Not with Med Ride. I was ready to go just about the time my driver pulled up. I am so grateful for this service and totally impressed. Thank you for providing such a well managed service. Very impressive! I will be seeing you again. But I will try not to abuse this insurance paid service as I have a car and can drive unless they are medicating me as they did today. Again, thank you

The drivers are courteous and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend MedRide to anyone who needs a ride to and from doctor's appointments.

Worried about getting to appointment on time: however, not any need: Med Ride got me there on time. Plan to call again when I have cataract surgery.

My driver BJ was absolutely the best. He was very professional in all things and the van was very clean. I would recommend him to everyone and I am going to be asking for him for all my next medical rides.

Driver was excellent and helped put my things from the hospital into the garage with alot of snow on ground. He maneuvered vehicle to place my scooter in best spot, out of the snow.
