NW PC Mobile Tech or (Shawn) came over on Memorial Day which is highly unusual for an owner operator. I called him with my issue and he took the time to listen and also did some diagnosistics over the phone. After spending sometime with me on the phone it was determined that he needed to come out. He should up at my house within the hour ready to solve my problem. After spending time on 2 laptops, router and a moden he was able to detect my problem and fix it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had the credentials to back it up. His price was very reasonalbe for the work performed. I would highly recommend NW PC Mob ile Service!

Our computer was in worse shape then we thought. My husband found NW PC Mobile Tech in the phone book. He made a call and Shawn was out to the house the same day. He evaluated our computer, told us what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. He was very informitive, and fairly priced. He fixed our computer and returned it within 24 hours. He gave us a lot of valuable information. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needed work done on thier computers!!!

My computer was a total mess, full of errors, viruses, taking minutes to move from screen to screen, not able to load many pages, was unable to do program updates even though it kept telling me updates were available. The fact they do in home estimates and repair is important to me as I am disabled & have limited mobility. Having flat rates is a wonderful plus also, as is being a source of accessories. Found Shawn in the Yellow Pages gave him a call and he picked up our computer the next day. It was one flat rate and we had our computer back working great within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend him to friends and will be our go to guy for computer issues.

Found Shawn on internet; explained laptop problems; Shawn accepted equipment same day and was fixed the third day. He took time to explain repairs needed/made to 5150 and demonstrated performance results. He also explained free programs added to enhance both security and performance of laptop. Good Job pleased with the service

I called on Thursday morning and Shawn was here by early afternoon. He determine that my hard drive was on it's last legs and would neet to be replaced. He brought the computer back by early afternoon on Friday with a new hard drive and with all my data saved from the old hard drive. He also updated everything to latest versions. I found his price to be quite acceptable. He was most helpful and knowledgeable.

Multiple viruses made my hard drive unusable, causing me to lose valuable data.I called them Friday night and by Monday morning my computer was as good as new, with all my data restored.They took the extra step of making sure I had the best anti-virus software available to prevent the problem from re-occurring.I'll definitely use them again if I need repair services.

We found Shawn's add in the yellow pages and called. He was able to come to our home to pick up our laptop and he fixed it within 8 hours!!! His prices beat the competition hands down.

I had a laptop from 2007 that I purchased in Korea, finally the mother board gave out after getting the final word from Shawn. Excellent work on my HP HDX 16. The knowledge he gave me while working on the computer at his house was like taking a computer class at college. Previous business that worked on my HDX 16 was just in it for the money. The prices were below any othr businss fixing computers in the Tacoma - Olympia area. I contacted Shawn via email with a issue at 11pm on a Saturday night. He got back to me THAT NIGHT and had my problem solved the next day. Since then I have had him out "revamping" my entire system.I am a Real Estate Broker in Tacoma. My computer is essential to my business. The owner still provides me with great service, good deals and prices. "Shawn" is willing to go the distance if I need help with my computer. I can call him on the phone too, for help with the things I don't understand. He will take the time and talk me through problems I can do myself and not charge me. He has also logged onto my computer with my permission and cleaned it up without some kind of charge, where as for other places would have a service charge with no matter what kind of repair they do.
