Read a bad review about the rebates. You are mistaken sir. Mastercraft is responsible for rebates being mailed to you not illinois auto repair & tire. Im sure all know that rebates need to be read carefully and done exactly otherwise rebates are considered not valid. Tony will try to help im sure but he can only do so much since he has no control over mastercraft. Other then that great honest place which i don't see too much of in any business. Tough to stay above water when you have all these huge corps taking over and messing with locally owned business. SUPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES

been coming here for 3 years now but im moving out of state in 2 months and i hope i find a, place like this one. They were so personable and know all their customers by name which i love. You dont see that much anymore. I never had an issue with prices or their services. They also do coupon days and give discounts on certain services like my oil changes and tires.

Horrible place to do business. I responded to a craigslist add selling some tire and rims. The owner's son does cash jobs on Saturdays the price was right so I went in. They replaced the tires and rims and when they installed the new ones they put the wrong sized lug nuts back on. Well my truck snapped 5 wheel studs, 1 of the new rims was ruined and I had an $800 repair bill. So far the only thing they have been willing to do is ignore my phone calls and e-mails. I would not suggest doing business with these people.

Tony is the most knowledgable mechanical i have ever met. He will do his best to help you. He has went above and beyond for me since i have started using his services.

Great on time service. I was just passing thru and and got a blow out and no spare and stranded on the side of the road. I called and someone picked me up and took my tire off and got a new tire and then they drove me back to my car and got the tire put on. They did all this even though they were very busy. Very reasonable price for road side service. I called another place before I called Illinois auto but I'm not mentioning their name but they wanted to charge me for towing and getting a new tire with outrageous prices. Very pleased. HAPPY CUSTOMER

Very satisfied. Good people. Supportive of family owned businesses and generous donations. I do know how hard it is to own a business and satisfy every customer but sometimes you run into people that, are just impossible! It takes all kinds. But what can you do? Just be professional and try your best to make your customers happy.

Great customer service! Honest working people. Car is running great. Had to get a tow and they rented me a car free of charge! What other place does that instead of a expensive dealership. Very satisfied

They did a nice job of detailing my car, but botched a repair on my truck, causing it to burn up. Then they asked me to lie about it to their insurance carrier because they didn't carry insurance. They are crooks.

best place to get work done in northern Illinois, i have a Audi A6 and there where able to service and repair my engine and got me back on the road right away, to my very important work scheduled

I bought 4 tires and was suppose to get a 60 dollar rebate. But they are running some kind of scam with Mastercraft tires. They have not given me the rebate yet. They said invoice and rebate form did not match. Bullshit. They lie to you just to get you to buy their tires. Worse place to have work done in Olge county. Never again.

I called Illinois Tire for a tow. The driver, Tony, was very friendly and very helpful. Before towing, he took some time to troubleshoot my engine, and he found that my air intake hose was loose. When he tightened it, the vehicle started right up and no tow was necessary. A different company might have just towed the vehicle without thinking. I appreciate that this business thinks ahead. They are a full-service mechanic shop, and I will be bringing my vehicle there.

Got taken advantage of. Wish I had the knowledge I have now on the cost of all the parts and everything but I was in a bind and trusted them to get my car fixed quick and I got cheated and lied to. Car is still not fixed all the way and I will be going elsewhere.

Tony goes the extra mile! He changes oil on my Mercedes at 1/2 the price of the dealer. I saved a huge amount buying tires for my vehicle there too! The tires lasted twice as long plus and was a huge saving over the dealer. I own several assorted vehicles and Tony is the go to guy for all my problems. His prices are great and he's very honest. Do you know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic? Look no further...you got one in Tony !

I moved to Oregon IL 4 yrs ago, joined the Oregon Women's Club to learn more about the Town History and Charitable work.Little did I know that I would soon need a good mechanic. I asked some of the Women and got 3 recommendations for Illinois Auto. My Daughter's Boss recommended their Auto Detailing. I took "My Baby" in for a complete Detailing, Muffler repair and Headlight Resurfacing . I drive a 2001 Toyota Highlander, and the brutal Illinois Winter had taken a toll on her. Tony and his Family did a fantastic job ! My SUV has not looked or sounded so good since she was brand new ! I HIGHLY recommend this great local Family owned and run Auto Repair & Towing business ! In 6 months I will be bringing "My BabY" back for another suds and shine from you Rachel, I promise !!
