So impressed!!! My service provider could not have been nicer! This was less expensive than other places and provided truly high-level customer service. I went in for an estimate and they were able to handle my issue within a few hours. They provided a round-trip ride to my home. No complaints.I would definitely recommend.

I just got my car trade-in from BMW Zeigler Orland Park and by far this is the most reliable place I’ve been to. They are very professional and efficient to work with. Very professional and easy to work with. Andrew the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience could not have been any better.

I had my vehicle towed from another BMW location that was going to charge me double the cost for repairs. My service advisor Tony S, Corey, technician Trent, Director Brian, and Manager, Mark provided me with an excellent customer service experience. The issue with my vehicle was found (not having shown a fault code), and I was not 'price-gouged'. My vehicle seems to be running well, and hopefully will not require any service in the near future. Thank you for your intentional efforts.

I called in when my vehicle stopped on the road and had it towed in to get it fixed and Bob was very nice and helpful and said that they would get to it that day. And they did!

My service person, Nick was very professional with his advice in getting my vehicle together and giving you options to fix what on the car. He was fast and efficient. I got my car out within a day and a half. I would highly recommend to get your car fixed here.
I will come back to service my car again for repair.
