Loved my experience

I ordered my dress from the Orland store and loved the dress and the customer service was great. I was skeptical to shop at Eva's because of things I've heard, but I found the Orland location to be better than some of the upscale boutiques that I visited. My dress came in at the right time, it was altered correctly and the people were always very nice to me.



The Oak Lawn store is a different owner and I would not recommend that store based on the experience I had when I went there. These are two completely different stores.

I think you are thinking of the Oak Lawn store. I have 2 sisters and all 3 of us have gone to Eva's in Orland and have had no problems. The same people are working there since my first sister got married 10 years ago.
