The front desk personnel were very professional and completed the check-in process quickly. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable, leading to a great sleep. Check out was very fast.

Walking distance to International Drive, Wet and Wild and Universal. Lots of activities and restaurants nearby. Has pool,jacuzzi, and basketball court. Booth in lobby to buy attraction tickets. Has restaurant on site.

I had some trouble with my shuttle to the airport, and the hotel staff M. Gonzalez Jr. went all the way to help me. He called the shuttle company twice and suggested quite some useful advices. He was very nice, patient and helpful. Recommended.

This was a really excellent Hotel. I was on the internet doing Memorial Day looking for 2 hours. I wanted to fne a reasonable but nice Hotel. I was so surprise at the price and Hotel. The Guest Service Agent Andavia was really nice and infomative. The room smell very nice. The room, bed, sheet, bathroom, carpet, Hallway & pool was very very clean. This mean a lot to me after my experience at other Hotels. The Hotel really looked like a five star hotel. We had a microwave & refigerator. I don't know what's up with the other Hotels not having these two appliances. These two items help you save money. I had only one complaint the beds were very uncomfatable. They were very clean and soft but our backs were hurting everyday we sleep on them. Other than that this was a very good stay

This hotel was a pleasure! Literally across the street from Wet and Wild water park and a couple of lights away from universal, it is the perfect location. Anything you can think of to eat will be 2 right turns away on international drive! The staff is very polite and attentive, the rooms and entire hotel were very clean and well maintained. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Best Western Plus Orlando Gateway is great hotel for family to stay , Great Staff and close to all major attractions/parks in Orlando. Front Desk staff was great, Hotel is kept upvery nicely. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in room 532 for 1 night for a whopping $54. Seriously, we have stayed in hotels all over Orlando and we have never gotten this much value without sacrificing friendly service and clean rooms. If you are trying to stay near Orlando, it doesn't get much better.

Best hotel for the price. Purchased the hotel on priceline and I can say that it was well worth it! Great people, amentiies, and location. Ask for Tanya the night manager. She is the consummate relationship builder and she will make your stay great

We have stayed just one night right before our flight back to Europe. The location is very convenient: not far from hotel or attractions and shopping. Big and clean room, friendly stuff at check-in and during breakfast. Big parking lot with free parking!

I had amazing holiday in June and an amazing stay in your hotel staff was really good will return soon :D

Great place to stay and close to the attractions, we have been here twice, and both times it has been awesome, great breakfast in the morning to start the day of fun filled activities

I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western - Orlando Gateway Hotel - Orlando Close to the shopping and Theme Parks. The Best Western - Orlando Gateway was clean and quiet. When we arrived we were greeted quickly and the staff were very informative. Recommended shopping and places to eat. With the wonderful pool area - we will be coming back for a family vacation .

After having a nightmare with our first hotel we came to Best Western and the place was amazing. After hearing of our troubles at the previous hotel we were upgraded to a mini suite and the room was lovely. Big bed, pull out bed, big tv with loads of channels, mini kitchen area, fridge, shuttles to Universal studios this place had it all. Will definitely be back one day.

Staff at front desk were helpful. Hotel was really close to wet and wild, universal studio, and other theme parks. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Tanya at the front desk was amazing. She was very good patience in trying to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Also as I was waiting for reservation to appear in their system she told me about many different amenities that the hotel offered. She has shown me the best experience that I have ever been shown in any of my hotels stays in 13 years. I will always make sure that I stay at the Best Western when in Orlando.

Joshua who worked in the bar was a wonderful, personable and very professional person. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and feel that we were the only guests at the hotel. We would return to your hotel just for the fact that Joshua is an amazing employee and made us feel right at home. He is a wonderful asset to your hotel.
