Out of all three carpet cleaning companies that I called, Carpet Cleaning Orlando was the most professional, polite, and helpful. I spoke with Marie and she was so kind and answered my many questions happily and without a problem. Carpet Cleaning Orlando was also one of the more affordable carpet cleaners. They weren't the cheapest carpet cleaner that I called, but they also weren't the most expensive. First off, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and he entered my home but made sure to put on shoe covers first. He setup cones outside and inside he setup baseboard guards on the corners before even cleaning anything. He did this very fast, and I could tell that he's been doing steam cleaning with this company for a long time. He removed all of the dirt in my carpet and even some old pink stains that other carpet cleaners couldn't get out in the past! The stains used to be red, and the last carpet cleaning company that I used was only able to lighten the stain slightly.
