I have been using Dealer Direct for my car repairs for the last 4 years. They do a great job. They are honest and friendly.

be very careful of city garage...this is the same guy that owned dealer direct in Orlando 8 yrs ago and was convicted of ripping of customers and selling repairs that were never done.

After my friend had her focus transmission replaced here I took my maxima with oil leak. She was right there guys are good.

Chris is very professional and goes out of his way for his customers. Picked up the vehicle and took it to his shop. Also came and picked up my wife so that she could pick up the car when the repair was complete.

We can always count on City Garage. will keep using this company for all our service needs.

My car was not working at all. Chris, the owner, told me the engine was blown and it would cost 2700. Said the car was junk and offered me 500 bucks for it. A year later, I go to turn the car on because I finally saved up enough to fix it. Turns out the car is fine, the computer just needed to be reset. All we had to do was take the battery out and put it back in. He probably never even looked at the freakin engine...Swindler.

Yesterday I brought my car in to have them check my A/C. I brought it in at the end of the day and they called me in a timely manner with an estimate and said they would have it ready the following day. Today, Angie called and apologized and said they sent the wrong part and it wouldn't be ready until the following day. I explained that I needed my car because I use it because I work out of my car. Angie called within two hours and said they were able to get the correct part and get the car to me by the end of the day. I was able to pick my car up as promised. They are very, very friendly. It is a owner operated business which I love and was able to fulfill all of their promises. I would recommend this business as well as I will use this business again!
