My mom’s 14-year-old CRV got towed there on Labor Day. The next morning I called and they had already assigned the car to Noel, a service advisor. He knew I’d be unavailable by phone the entire morning, but the repair was inexpensive and so he wisely proceeded with it. The car was ready by the time I called back once I was free. Noel was pleasant, cordial, and I felt well taken care of. I’ll be back for an oil change in October.

From the minute I arrived on the lot until I left, the salesman was attentive and great. He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and the budget I wanted to stay within. He suggested options and took his time to show me all the cars that fit my criteria. I felt comfortable and was beyond excited that I was able to go home with a brand new, hot off the delivery truck HR-V. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get an actual good deal on there next car.

Very pleased with Scott Farrar's customer service with both scheduling my vehicle for service but also arranging for me to obtain a courtesy car to use since I had to leave my car overnight. Kudos to how he goes above and beyond to help his clients! Also, I've been taking my car to Holler Honda for service for years now and have never been disappointed with the service or the sales department.

I bought a car in 2018 from Stephen H. and yesterday I called him before I showed up to tell him I want another new car. He came in and got my wife and I the car she wanted and also help with finding out about money I was owed. I’ve been using Holler Honda since 2016 and never have issues they can’t handle. Thank Stephen!

Very satisfied with the service provided. We called and the person that picked up was one of the managers. Within 5 min we received a call back from John I could say the best in the dealer, with exclusive attention to us we know right there we wanted to do business with him. This was our first time getting a new vehicle and all our questions were answered and more importantly showing care when it comes to our needs, they gave us a week to return the vehicle but of course we loved it. Manny Vando was my service rep. on my last visit, I always prefer to work with him or Coleen when I need to bring my car in for maintenance. They are both very professional yet friendly and do a very good job of explaining what will be done to the vehicle and what is needed at the time. As 30+ years as a Honda owner, Holler Honda is definitely the best experience I've had both on maintenance and car sales.
