I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set on 07/05/19. Upon the purchase within a month I experienced issues with the washer machine not completing cycles. I experienced an increase in my water and gas bill since I purchased these items. Several occasions I called Price Buster and they took my washer to be fixed but each time it was never properly fix. My family and I had to readjust our lives due to being without a washing machine more than 5 times. So, this time I sent video showing that the washing machine was never fixed and still not completing cycles and continues to repeat at the spin cycle and rinse wasting my water and gas. Finally, they took the washer and gave me a loaner and it’s been over a month. 3 months ago, I also explained to them that the dryer was also not working properly and taking hours to dry a load running my gas bill as well. Due to it being gas dryer and I live in an apartment I must pay someone to connect and disconnect the dry which cost about $70 to $130 each visit. I am a single mother of 3 and this is financial burden for me. I finally save the funds to have someone dis connect the dry 3 weeks ago and Price Buster took the dryer to be fixed. Once again, the dryer was returned yesterday, and I paid for it to be connected today. I put one load of clothes in and within 20 minutes a loud boom from dryer and it stopped working. I shut it off and restart but still not working. At this point I am furious with the service that I have received from Price Buster and it has been a dreadful long 8 months dealing with Price Buster and their appliances. I am to the point where another washer and dryer set would not suffice as it will only be the same thing. It seems that exceptional product service delivery is not take in to account when it comes to customers but only financial gain for the company. Low income families come to guys for service as they cannot afford to buy new and this should not be the quality of service that they are given. It is only adding more burdens financially, physically and mentally.

DO NOT USE PRICE BUSTER APPLIANCE!!!!! They're shady and don't have the slightest clue what customer service is. I'm literally shocked that these criminals even have a business license!

02/29/16 I purchased a refrigerator from Price Buster Appliance for $276.90 with a one year warranty. A few days after purchasing the fridge my house was over run by roaches. They were nested in the back of the fridge. A few weeks later the refrigerator started leaking water on the inside. A few days after the leaking started the freezer began to freeze over, even when I turned the setting down. 05/22/16 I returned the fridge and was able to take home a different fridge. (Mind you I'm working 25 hours a week plus going to school full time, there's not a lot of time for me to just clean out my entire fridge and drive 40 mins away to exchange it).

After getting the new fridge home and plugging it in, nearly 6 hours later the fridge was not getting cool. I attempted to call the store several times, during their business hours and no one answered. I even went so far as to message the businesses Facebook page. My message was shown as "read" by the business but I never got a response back or phone call. After an hour of calling, a guy named Jordan answered the phone and told me that the fridge could take up to 24 hours to reach the correct temperature. I could definitely understand that but asked him if it should at least be getting somewhat cold. Jordan told me that I could once again come pick up another fridge if I would like to.

Obviously I did not want to make another trip to Price Buster Appliance and decided to take Jordan's advice and wait the full 24 hours for the fridge to be cold. It has now been well over 24 hours and the fridge has not gotten cold. All of the groceries that I had in both the freezer and fridge are ruined! I want to get my money back from Price Buster Appliance and buy a brand new fridge, because I will NEVER go to another used appliance store again! Unfortunately they do not offer refunds and make NO EXCEPTIONS. I called and asked to speak with the business owner and I was denied any information of who he or she is or a phone number where I can contact him or her. Completely unprofessional!!!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business. This place is not even a business, it's a scam. The only reason why I bought a fridge from here is because I originally purchased a fridge off craigslist that did not work so I decided to go with a legitimate business. I had just moved into a new house and I was unsure about spending $600 on a new fridge so going to a used appliance store seemed like the way to go. I definitely learned my lesson and I will NEVER make this mistake again!

I never noticed this before but on the Customer Warranty Agreement I was given is a short sentence stating "PBA is NOT responsible for infestations that may occur after purchase (i.e. roaches, insects, critters of any kind, etc.)" This basically tells me that a numerous amount of people have had this issue and complained about it so much that the company has had to put this statement in their warranty agreement. That honestly disgusts me. So now I'm out $276.90 that I paid for the fridge, at least $150 in groceries, around $20 in gas and I have a roach infestation in my house that will cost me anywhere from $100 to $300. So in total I'm out $547 to $747 (depending on the final cost of the extermination), and still NO FRIDGE!

I purchased a refrigerator that just did not work properly. They tried to repair 3 times. Frustrated I ask my appliance tech to check it out and he said it was not worth fixing to replace it. I tried calling the store several times and the owner nor his staff is responding to my calls. The warranty is worthless and so is the service. Will never do business or recommend this company again!

We have many rental property and have used Price Buster Appliance since 2012. Always helpful and courteous. But not this time.
The staff (I do not know his name)is not friendly and attitude is not good.
I will never do business with this store again.

Worst place to buy! there fast to take your money but to refund or fix with the warranty they offer had my mini fridge for over a month there untill tjey decided it was unfixable then offerd me a refund then said there credit card system is different so they cant refund through card that they will send a check now its been over 2 1/2 months and they still havent gave me my money!! Johnny the " manager" is the bigest liar and so is the owner i forgot his name!!! Anywas if i dont get a call or see my check by this week im not gonna bother no more just gonna call BBB and a lawyer dont care about the money much but yea the bs ive put up with im a grown man i dont need to be lied to!!

Worst place ever!!! I got a washer fixed and went to pick it up. They could not tell me what was wrong!! If I had it fix I want to know what was wrong so I know it was fix!!! But no they threw a hissy fit about it and just wanna say it's fix! Worst customer service ever!!! I will never do business there again!!!!!! Beware they scan so many people, and they would not give no paper work saying it's fix!!! Who does that???? And they will try and act like you let the bad one because now I was mad becauee they suck!!!! Beware!! Might be cheap on prices but don't ever try to have something fix or return , becauee thats why they stuff is cheap!

My mother in law purchased a refrigerator from this store as a gift and it started messing up from day one. The ice maker wouldn't make any ice in the beginning and then it just stopped working completely. We brought it back where they supposedly "fixed it" but then it couldn't stop making ice and kept spilling everywhere. Took it back for one final time and it just stopped working overall. Now the frig continues to shut on and off and we are "out of warranty" so they can't do anything about it. Had it looked at and several parts need to be replaced to have it fixed. Total ripoff do not buy anything from this place!

Wish i didnt have to leave even one star sorry outfit they wont honor their warranty so beware or find someone else. Bought the dryer in Febuary, they advertise dryers for 100.00 and up what a joke went in cash in hand cheapest dryer they had was 160.00 so i got it it came with a one year warranty well on April 23rd of this year it broke down. So i loaded it up and took it in was told the tech would look at it when he got back, around 3;30 i called was told it would be ready shortly, so i get a message on my phone that the dryer was done but they were no longer going to honor the warranty that the dryer was full of roaches and the roaches broke the machine. i have a company Orkin comes in and sprays my house once a month so please, i didnt feel like arguing so i got the dryer brought it home and went to dry clothes today, low and behold it dosent work, i guess the roaches must have stayed up all night working on it again, i called them and told him it dosent work was told so well

I bought my refrigerator there at a great price. a year later it was not cooling and i called a appliance repair company to come look at it they charged me 75$ and told me it was not repairable(bunch of lies). I went to price buster to inquire about a new refrigerator. In the end they repaired my refrigerator and gave me a loaner while they waited on the part.

I replaced the washer and dryer that came with my home purchase from Price Buster. Three years into weekly use of both, my dryer stopped working and called the location to see if it was best to repair or replace the dryer. The owner was very knowledgeable and understanding of my issue and sent his worker out to repair it the same day. They replaced the coil in my dryer for FREE and said it may last for 6 months and offered to discount any future purchase of a dryer in the future when needed. Happy to say that my dryer is still working going on 2 years now!! :-)))

My daughter recently graduated from UCF she moved into her own place and needed a washer and dryer. I wanted to buy from HH Gregg, but she wanted to save some money so we saw a billboard for price buster. I went with her one Saturday she found a GE set she liked for 450.00. When I inquired as to the delivery, the young man told us that they do not deliver on the weekends. I turned to my daughter and said Let's just go to HH Gregg and I will help you buy a new set. As we were walking out the young man stopped us said he has a guy the will deliver for us that day. The young man explained that there would be a separate charge to the delivery guy, no problem we said. My daughter used her discover card while the young man asked me to sign the paper stating I am aware of the extra charge for delivery. I signed w/out reading (something i do not do normally). Six days after delivery the washer quit working, I called the shop was rudely informed that my daughter would have to pay someone return the washer to the shop for repair then pay to have it brought back to her place. so a round trip to have this washer repaired would cost as much as it did to purchase. The reason they would not pick it up was that we had it delivered by a independent delivery person, (which we were not informed of that, but it was on the paper I signed) We had to help her purchase a brand new washer to replace the piece of junk that Price Buster sold her. Then a month after that happened the dryer stopped drying, no heat to dry all it did was toss the clothes around. At this point of the game, I am pissed that this low life could take advantage of people, and get away with it. I have decided to take the company to small claims court for their unscrupulous business practices.

We have several rental houses and have used Price Buster Appliance since 2005 for washers, dryers, refrigerators and dishwashers. Always helpful and courteous. Seldom a problem with a machine. They have swapped out or repaired anything that had a problem with no hassle. In fact, since we have done so much business with them, they give us a year warranty, which we have never had to use because everything has lasted longer than a year. In our own home we have a stainless steel fridge and a washer from Price Buster, both for over 2 years.

I bought a used washer and dryer from these folks 3 weeks ago . The washer stopped spinning today, I called to see if they can come to repair the washer, the young man said to call back in 20 minutes he was too busy to talk. I wish I had bought from the other used place... sigh I am going to have to go the the laundromat and spend 20.00 to wash clothes. I just spoke to the guy again, when I bought the w/d it was on a Saturday he then told me they do not deliver on Saturday so, I told my daughter let's just to to Hg Greg and but, he stopped me said but I do have someone that can deliver for you for 40.00. I accepted as we needed a w/d at that moment. He did not however, tell me if I need them repaired that I would have to bring the machine back in as they did NOT deliver the machine.. OMG, so I told him you mean I paid 40.00 for delivery (the stupid washer was making noise from day one, which I informed him) and now I will have to pay someone to take it back to be repaired? I told him I will contact channel 9 news and be done with this nonsense. Do NOT buy from these people. seriously, they will find a way to rip you off!

I bought a washer and dryer w/ a 6 month warranty from Price Buster about a month ago. Last week the dryer stopped heating. They came out and picked it up and fixed it and brought it back to me within 2 days. Its been working like a champ ever since. They were really friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend these guys.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. They sold us a broken refrigerator that never worked from the moment we purchased it, we returned it and the store for repair, after a weekend of no repair, they returned it BROKEN. Store employees have threatened our home due to the fact they have the delivery address. Police have been called. PRICE BUSTERS WILL NOT REPAIR OUR REFRIDGERATOR CORRECTLY OR RETURN OUR MONEY. WE HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND ARE LOOKING INTO THE CITIZENS

DO NOT BUY here! Lovely looking appliances that will break down in warranty, missed calls, bad loaned appliances while you wait for them to repair yours, repairs will only last a few weeks, by them you have wasted more than $500 on groceries that have gone bad on your crappily repaired fridge, and then they will tell you you're out of warranty and that they don't believe they have repaired your fridge as much as you say it has been repaired. They don't keep records of how many times they do repairs, and sadly, I never asked for a receipt for any repair. Now I'm stuck with throwing away the groceries I just got 2 days ago on a fridge that was repaired less than a month ago.

TOTAL RIP OFFS/OWNER KID/FAMILY MEMBER THAT RUNS PLACE HAS BEEN TO JAIL MANY TIMES FOR STEALING!!!!! Refrigerator broke after 60 days. The warranty was for 90 days, it took them a month to repair and they missed 4 delivery dates. They were total no shows! The guy Chris uses the "f" word every other sentence. The cops had to be called in order for him to return refrigerator. The loaner refrigerator also broke! The guy Freddy Nimeh (one of the family owners) has been to jail many times. These guys are unprofessional and their appliances suck! If you know whats good for you, YOU WILL NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

They are now located on 8517 E. Colonial Dr (where I went) Recently bought a washer and dryer from Price Buster Appliance and had a really good experience. So far so good; no problems. Definitely shopped around being Christmas time and found this to be the best deal around.
