I will visit this store whenever I want to buy or sell jewelry and tell my husband where to go also...

Toner Jewelry did an outstanding job with my Valentine's present. Luminita was an excellent sales rep and remembered every detail of things I had previously looked at during an earlier visit. Toner has been my jeweler for 10 years. Very reputable company with excellent employees.

I had lost mine and they were very helpful in finding a way to have a reproduction of my ring made. It was beautiful and kept us informed of every step. Ashley H was the one who helped us. All of our future jewelry purchases will be done at Toner's.

We took a ring to Toner's to be resized. Alisha helped us and was terrific. She gave us good advice on how to re-size it properly, and made us feel important and valued even though our transaction was minor. Even offered to gift wrap it since it's going to be a gift to our daughter. Also gave my husband some free advice on how to get his "stuck" wedding band off. We will definitely go back.

My family has been customers for years and years and this is the only place to do business. Christina has been wonderful to deal with, going out of her way on numerous occasions to help me with my wife's wedding ring. Quality has been top notch, especially with their new jeweler who just finished a new setting on my wife's ring. Turned out perfect and we are 100% happy.

I am so glad my fiance found this place. We've searched almost every jewelry store in Kansas City and none can compare to the great customer service they provide. We are glad to support this local store and every time we come in and take a look, we never felt pressured to buy anything. Christina was super helpful when I came in to have my engagement ring re-sized and helped us find the perfect wedding band to match my custom ring. The loose diamonds they have are incomparable to those big chain companies. My fiance managed to get me a 3/4 carat D color and VSI clarity for a decent price when you can't even find anything remotely close to that kind of quality at chain stores. I am so happy with this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone!
