The men that do the installing are wonderful. They are highly skilled and able to answer any questions. The service was impeccable and we thank you for that.

I called Monday for repairs and was delighted to get same day service. The repairman had the needed part on his truck which was very convenient and time saving. Even better, after the job was completed he made a special trip back to double check that he had taken care of a certain detail which shows me he truly cares about his work and it's not just another job to him.

I've now had two ACs installed by Dale & Lee's and both times the work and service was excellent.

My Lennox works so well! Compared to the old one it's so much quieter and moves the air around so much better. I'm very pleased with your workers too. They did a great job.

Travis and Jason were great! They did an excellent job and had great attitudes under tough conditions. They are very personable and hard workers.

This company was good to deal with and sent over a great technician named Nick. He fixed my unit fast and efficiently and explained what the problem was afterword. Great customer service.

This is the only company out of five who offered turn key install and provided me a written estimate. Information about the work was clear, and the additional work that I requested was acknowledged. Jason and Wade did a great job in the attic. They are super friendly and know their stuff. Keep doing what you're doing! You can expect my business again in the future.

This company kept coming back, not fixing the problem for which they were hired, and trying to bill each time. One of the owners called and refused to listen, but continually interrupted and talked louder and louder over the person trying to tell him our problem, and told that person to never call him again! Don't worry, we sure won't!

i will have to rate this company a 1,from a scale from1-10,i was told that a tech man was going to call me back,but never did,was also told that someone would call to let me know how much the part would cost to fix it,never got a call,i called them after work,again i was told someone would call,no one called,guess i'll have to find someone else to repair it,sounds like they don't care much about there customers.
