Dr Malla is a wonderful doctor. always professional and the staff are very nice too. recommend this facility to anyone with chronic pain

Dr Malla has always been up front with me. he will answer all questions with a honest answer and does not expect you to do what you dont want to do. nursing staff is awesome as well

with chronic pain sometimes a person is treated as an addict - but at the pain management in Paducah - you are not. I have chronic pain due to an accident that almost took my life so coming here I feel very comfortable talking to my doctor and the staff too.
