Dr. Fotek and staff were great -- kind, attentive, accommodating to my schedule and most of all, provided great care!

Dr. Fotek was amazing. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule after my tooth broke. I am terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Fotek put me at ease and I felt very confident in his abilities. He has a wonderful, caring personality. My experience with the implant went very smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Fotek to everyone.

Dr Fotek is an awesome caring person who takes time to listen, and explain your options. Given what I knew needed to happen he and his staff couldn't have made this any easier. Dr. Fotek and his staff are the nicest you will ever find.

I was diagnosed with bone recess. He fully explained to me about the options I have and answered all my questions that I could come up with. I followed with his recommendation and I am very happy with the whole experience and the progression of the health of my teeth.

Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

My nerves were horrible when I sat in the chair; however, his assistant eliminated all of my fears. To make it even better, the surgeon's gentle voice and ethos stopped my tears from rolling down the corner of my eyes

It is a very long process unfortunately, but I know I'm in good hands and my smile will return to it's former glory

I was lucky enough to be referred to the office of Prestige Periodontal & Implant Center from my general dentist for a procedure I needed done. I have been more than pleased with the treatment, care, and expertise I have received during my many visits. I will be sure to come back to Dr. Fotek for any future procedure I may need done.
