We were introduced by a friend to the folks at United States Pools. We sat down and talked with the owners in regards to how we wanted our pool and patio remodeled.

After a bit of time, our ideas were not just on paper but on the laptop screen as well! We were able to see what our pool was going to look like before the work even started. It was exciting!

The pool and patio work came out better than we had imagined.

My wife and I have, and always will, recommend United States Pools! They're great!

These guys SUCK! They make promises to complete our project and NEVER DO! I've paid them all their money and they STILL have NOT completed our Pool project. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, recommend these people for ANY project LARGE OR SMALL! We've been waiting since November 2013 to get our project DONE, still NO WATER in our pool! Don't let "Micheal" smooth talk you either, he's good at making promises and NOT fulfilling them....BEWARE!!!!

The finished product is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with it.

You kept your word and once again, it looks like new decking. If I have any regrets, it is not going with a different patio surface, like you originally suggested. (When the time comes I hope to follow up with you and your company with a different patio surface per of course, what you would suggest).

I'm reading these reviews below and this has NOT been my experience AT ALL!!!! Mike and Jason are "nice guys", BUT they have been UNABLE to complete our pool project, in the 8-10 week estimate given at contract signing. In fact, we signed our Contract in November 2013 and 24 WEEKS later our pool is not even CLOSE to being done!!!! The concrete is still note framed out, the pool equipment is missing, the pool has not been plastered and basically the job has been "pushed aside" for other projects. Our HOA is in the process of FINING US $100.00 per day, for each day we go beyond our 5-1-2014 completion date! As you can see, I already KNEW pool contractors "drag their feet" so I requested a much longer (I thought) completion date to get the pool done....it has NOT happened. If you want your pool build fast and ontime, DON'T even think about U .S. Pools!

I had questions they would answer them or send someone out to check it for me. I soon switched over to have them also clean my pool so they could continue to keep everything working smoothly. It is nice that I can talk to my pool guy and he leads me in the right direction and lets me know what to do and who to contact. I have been pleased with the service and have recommended them to my friends as well.

I am thrilled with the way my pool looks after the resurfacing job was completed by United States Pools; looks just like new again. Also, I am very pleased with the diligent care the maintenance crews have exhibited in keeping it sparkling clean especially with the extraordinary amount of wind we have been experiencing here in the Valley.

We were initially apprehensive about taking on the project, since we live in another city, but your professionalism and frequent updates on the construction process really put us at ease.

I first found United States Pools about a year ago when my pump went out. I had wanted to change over to a salt system and thought it would be good to get one place to do it all. United States Pools did just that. They put in my pump and salt system and helped me get all the right rebates.

When I brought my pool outfitted Palm Springs, CA, home two years ago, it contained a large 15x30, 8' deep pool built in 1962 and it needed lots of attention. Soon after, I called United States Pools, Palm Desert, CA, because they seemed to provide a full range of services. For the past two years, United States Pools has been my only pool service and I have been very pleased with all aspects of their service. It has been a win-win situation.

I was given pool service as an extra when I bought my house (which has a pool). United States Pools was the vendor since the former owner had used them before. From the very beginning they have been very responsive and have done an excellent job. If I want to change something and I call them, they are right there. I had a grab bar installed in the pool and they did an excellent job. I only live here part time and when I come back, the pool is pristine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

La Quinta Ridge would like to say how pleased we are working with United States Pools. Michael takes very good care of all my needs at this property. He does an excellent job. If I have a problem and of course I do from time to time, the problem is always taken care of in a very timely manor. I would not hesitate to recommend United States Pools to any new client.

Not only does United States Pools have competent pool maintenance and pool technicians, it also has a knowledgeable pool store manager, Kevin, who can be trusted to provide great advice and who will test pool water samples completely and for free!

I've been with U.S. Pools for five years. Trust me, you'll never find a better pool company to maintain your pool and equipment. I want perfection and that's what I get. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable company that keeps your pool and equipment perfectly clean and up to date. Thank you U.S. Pools I need no one else. Our pool turned out great especially the Pebble Tec and tile. The design fit into our yard and the match of the concrete is perfect. The crew was amazing working in 108 degree weather and they always left the yard clean. The salt water and solar heat are perfect for swimming.

I wanted to let you know that the job you guys did in remodeling our pool turned out better than we hoped for. The color choices, the quality of the work and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I would recommend United States Pools to any of my friends for family if they wanted a pool built or re-modeled.
