They have been extremely helpful in helping to reduce operating costs by recommending and installing variable speed pumps for our pools and spas and in general maintaining the pool equipment in a first class manner. United States Pools are very responsive when there are unforeseen issues such as the need for new heaters and are very competitive in pricing. We are well satisfied with the service and the personnel.

First of all, I checked your company with BBB and you have an excellent (A) rating and hired your company. The pool was drained and replastered; then the suggestions (tile and decking) you had for the pool and spa were/are perfect--not to mention the very competitive price. This was in the spring of 2007. It really was an excellent remodel your company did.

Our homeowners association has been dealing with United States Pools for almost four years now and have no hesitation in recommending them for all pool maintenance and repair needs. We have two very large pools and two spas that are over thirty years old. Maintaining and upgrading older equipment takes a special kind of technical ability and knowledge and United States Pools brings that to the table.

The decking came with a 5 year guarantee and right at the two year mark; it needed some guaranteed work done. Then I became very ill, needing surgery, doctors, etc. It was a very hard time for me, but you told me not to worry as this was guaranteed at that time and the repairs needed for the pool decking would be taken care of when I was feeling better.

The scheduling and actual work was done on time and with no issues which was important due to a family reunion that was planned around the pool. All the people at United States Pools from the managers to the construction crews and the weekly service men go out of their way to be helpful, polite and emphasize customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for all and any pool related work and the fact that they are competitive on pricing is icing on the cake.
