Provided by YP.comThis was a spur of the moment repair and I was very satisfied. The customer lounge had Fox News Channel on, which I LOVE. It took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to complete the repair. My advisor (a young lady named Ms. Urbaba) could not have been more helpful and attentive. She went beyond the call of duty for me. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Provided by YP.comOverall I was thrilled – as usual – with the treatment and service I received, particularly the service rep who spent a lot of time with me asking questions about the car and items I needed serviced. And then on the backend of pickup – he took a lot of time to explain what was done. My experience at Prestige service is always exceptional and as someone who owned a lot of cars in from Porsche and BMWs to Audis and Nissans, this is by far the best service experience I’ve had.

Everyone was pleasant and I have already recommended my sales person and dealership to 3 people and I haven’t had my car for 1 week yet. I look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future and hope to re-lease another when my lease is up. That’s how much I LOVE my car and Prestige Mercedes!

Provided by YP.comI wanted to comment on the excellent service I received, when I brought my car in for service last week. I was so pleased with the quick and easy process, that it really was a pleasant experience considering I had my young child with me at the time. The service advisor, whose name I believe is Ruey, was very helpful and tried to make the visit as painless as possible. I was in and out in 15 minutes which I so appreciated. I just wanted to point out the exceptional service I received by Prestige’s incredible staff.

Provided by YP.comMy car was left at this dealership overnight. My 200 dollar sun glasses and a 150 dollar bluetooth were stolen. This is absolutely despicable considering this is a MERCEDES BENZ dealership.

I spent time at several other Mercedes dealers and Prestige, without a doubt, beat them all by (1) price; (2) car availability and (3) working with me on my BMW trade-in. I would definitely refer Prestige to anyone looking for a vehicle and I will also be looking them up in 2 years when my lease is up.
