Working with MRP has fundamentally changed my private practice. In the first 10 years of my practice I worked directly with big laser companies and the high device prices, high maintenance fees, lack of personal attention was so frustrating. I would talk to nearby colleagues only yo find out they have been frustrated in many ways too. Scott was referred to me when I needed a repair on one of the lasers. I had the pleasure working with Scott and his team at MedRepPro and Oscilla Lasers on the addition of lasers and other medical equipment for my office. Scott came out and met with me in person and we came up with a formalized plan to strategically add equipment. Although Scott is Alma Lasers Partner in North America for the Quantel Derm system, he is also a strong advocate for change in the space (See www.ACBA.expert) and was able to give some unbiased information on lasers and we were able to have a discussion on lasers which would be the most beneficial for patients.

One of the biggest fears I had with buying a used laser was what would happen if it did not work out or if there was an error in the laser. Well, with my first laser purchase, it ended up not being a good fit for my practice and Scott was very professional in returning the laser without difficulty. This was a very large purchase and in the end Scott was more interested in our long term relationship and covered all the costs of the return. He has worked with me on adding additional equipment and is constantly researching available inventory to better add to my existing medical devices.

Buying lasers is a costly endeavor. Often times physicians are forced to charge patients exorbitant fees to attempt to payback their devices. Buying quality used lasers from a trusted source is a great option to add to your laser portfolio and offer both patients better outcomes for a better cost and physicians a better ROI.
