After being greatly overcharged by Sentient for very poor repair work on my StarLux, Scott became a hero. He saw that I had truly being taken advantage of and actually repaired my machine at no additional charge to me. He spent many hours and his own money making it right. I can not thank him enough.
I've since had a 1064 hand piece reconditioned by his group. Excellent work, communication, and fair pricing.
I wholeheartedly recommend him for all your laser repair needs. He's a very rare find - an honest laser repair company!

I was referred to Scott from Tom Merolla, a dealer for Laser Equipment. I was a little nervous about the transaction, considering the value of the machine and the maintenance required post purchase. Scott walked me through the process, like a father would his daughter. He answered every email, text message and phone call. I checked my gmail account and we exchanged at least 50 emails within a two month period. This included late nights and weekends. I was always surprised at how fast he would provide feedback.
