I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! All 24 "5 star" reviews are so true! Patricia is one of the nicest, sweetest spirits I have ever met! The environment is VERY clean, relaxing, and nice!! As for her braiding skills--she gets a definite 10!! EXCELLENT!!



Here is the best part, if requested (as I did), she WILL NOT braid your edges! Also, the braids are not too tight. She constantly gives you a mirror or takes pictures as she is braiding so you can see what she is doing. She also asks if anything is too tight. If you say one is, she will redo it! NO KIDDING!



My braids lasted for a long time and she ensures that you are HAPPY! I have been to many salons, and she is the best! I've been to her twice.



I had such a hard time finding the "right place" , but when I read these reviews, I decided to give it a try, and every positive review is totally true!

I love my hair it looks great and it did not even hurt while I was getting it done and I was all prepared with a Tylenol and it didnt hurt one bit

I went to Patricia on 3/18/2014 to braid my hair, and was EXTREMELY pleased with the results! I found her through Google, so this was the first time I went to her. I chose her because the reviews on YP were very positive. On the phone, she was very polite and friendly. I was not sure what I wanted, so Patricia helped by pricing different options and then showing me the hair, and pictures of what my selected style would look like. The shop is very neat, and she works SUPER fast! She aims to NOT take any breaks, so she can finish fast, but the braids are VERY neat! Also, her bookings are spaced enough, so that you do NOT have to wait. She's really sweet and very likable, not to mention, she's very affordable; moreover, her hands are very gentle on your hair. I was able to actually sleep on my hair on the first night without ANY pain, and it still looks neat a couple of weeks later. I had been going to a braider I really like (for 10 years) but she is rather far (Gaithersburg) and I decided it was time to get someone closer (Baltimore). I was hesitant to switch; however, after this wonderful experience, I am sold, and will definitely be returning to Patricia. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Patricia! When I visited Patricia's African hair braiding I was pleased with her quality of work.

When I went in I thought I would be waiting. NO when I arrived she started braiding. Also she did not take any long breaks. I really like that she did a good/neat job with out braiding my hair tight or making it hurt as she braid. She is really god at what she do. I will be going back. Also the place is nice and clean music was not up loud and she made you feel comfortable. Oh and good price.

I got Patricia's African Hair Braiding contact from a coworker her hair was done neatly and the price my coworker said she paid was affordable. When I went to this shop the Parking was free the shop was clean and smelled good. Free wifi use when my tablet battery when off the shop let me use their Ipad my experience was great. I recommend everyone to give Patricia's African Hair Braiding a try
