this place was the worst place to live in

This place is trash! From the manager lisa gonzalez nd silvia to the apartments nd the residents aswell. they try so hard to be professional but they are so ghetto. They want to charge u for every single thing. They have the worste crew. The maintenance guys nd the houskeeper all suck they dnt do theyre job. We just moved out and they expect us to pay for things that didnt wrk in the fist place. They are out of theyre mind if they think they gona get another dime from me. No one should even think about living here! As the other reviews said its roach,rats Infested and they wont do a damn thing about theyll charge you for it. Its a def no no. I wouldnt rate it but I have to atleast give it a star to share this memo. Dnt live here!

Tons of roaches!! Apartment director is rude and always act lk she knows everything ,they never communicate just threaten u with eviction!! The only nice leasing agent is Julia Gonzales!! Otherwise than that u don't wanna live here rent goes up everytime u try n renew ur lease!!!! they don't fix whatever u need fixing ceiling leaks cars always getting broken into!!

do NOT move here! the staff is RUDE and are far from professional. when I first moved in the apt was still filthy as if they didnt even bother to make an effort to clean. they just threw some fresh paint over dead roaches on walls. theres tons of roaches, mold grows on the window sills, ceilings leak, cars getting broken into, drug dealers having stange people come in and out of the community, residents are always fighting resulting in cops being called out like every other day, majority of electrical outlets dont work, and much more.
