A action transmission has given me the best service I've received in a very long time. From start to finish their staff was extremely curtoues I never felt like just another customer. They worked with my warranty company, were very patience and kept me updated with a phone call everyday. With most body shops or dealerships, taken your car in to get serviced I almost always feel like I'm being lied to or taken advantage of but with A Action I felt secure and comfortable with everything I was told. I most definitely would rather take my business to them rather than go to Cadillac for my escalade. Dan delivered first class service I couldn't be anymore pleased

Love these guys, my 2007 Hummer was slipping, gave them a call. They picked up from my house for FREE. Called me that afternoon with an estimate.... luckily it was fairly minor... had my truck back two days later. I was expecting a huge bill, but was surprised that the bill matched the estimate. Highly recommend.

Was charged about $3,000 for a repair service that was not necessary to fix the issue I was having. Issue continued after I paid the $3,000. Took my vehicle to a different shop and they fixed the problem for about $375. Employees were nice, but the service was an issue. May want to check with a different shop first and save Aaction as a last resort.

The service at Aaction Transmission was excellent. Right away after driving my Rodeo for an inspection, I received an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the transmission. I was also taken in the back to show how the process is done. I was given the time it would take to repair. After repairing the transmission, they took another road test after 3 weeks. I feel good about the 1 year warranty and the expertise that Aaction displayed. Great Service and you know it will be repaired right the first time.

Thanks to Dan and everyone at aaction. Brought in my 350z which had a worn flywheel .. Called on a Sunday night and was contacted 15 min later by Al who was very cordial . They picked up my car at 8 am and the work was done by the late afternoon. Dan took me for a test drive which I will admit is the first time I ever sat in the passenger seat . The car is running better than ever . Many thanks to all at Aaction on Pines Blvd by North Perry Airport .

My 1993 Toyota Camry needed a new transmission. I already had one done by a friend of the family in 2005. It was done so poorly I needed a new one even though it had only 25,000 miles on it.. I took it to Aaction because of Craig who was a customer of Shirts R Us. He referred me to Aaction stating that they were a reputable company and did good work. I took the Toyota (my baby) and spoke with Stephan. He was really helpful and confirmed that I did in fact need a new transmission. During the process of taking out the old parts, I was told that the family friend ( who is no longer a friend) did not have the correct parts in the transmission. After a few glitches off I went with a new transmission. I am writing this review on 12/17/12 to say that the car is still on the road working up to my 20th year.

Highly recommended. Richard and the guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. Got my Silverado on the road in no time. Thanks for the great service.

I have honestly never written a positive review for an auto shop because I am pretty skeptical when it comes to repairs. Being a woman, I am so glad to have found A Action Better Built Transmissions, because I have had so many horrible experiences with shops trying to rip me off but this shop is really as great as their reputation. I absolutely won’t go anyplace else! I brought my car over in the morning, and they were finished by the afternoon. Al, Stephan and the rest of the staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they never try to sell you anything. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done. I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with A Action Better Built Transmissions. These gentlemen take time to explain things either technically or in layman's terms, they update as needed and they always go the extra mile to find cheaper alternatives for their customers. I highly recommended A Action Better Built Transmissions to everyone!!

Recently I had my 92 Ford Ranger done at AAction transmissions, I was a little skeptic at first because of the old clique of being a woman trying to find out exactly whats wrong with my truck and being charged way over price for something thats not wrong. Well, this did not happen at all. Stephen and Al walked me thru everything that was to be done to my truck , the price, and warranty. I was very surprised how easy they both made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. I am pleased with the way my truck runs now and shifts and I would recommend this company, and most certainly to others who are looking for a professional attitude to handle their transmission woes.

I had the pleasure of having Dan and Aaction Transmissions fix my car, and I was very pleased with the work on it. I took my car to them not knowning that my car was in that condition, Dan the service manager spoke with me and explained evrything that was wrong the the car (2004 Nissan Maxima), and in should me that the car will be fixed too my satifaction, and he was right. The guys fixed my transmission and my car has been run its best since I first purshased it. Thank you Aaction Transmissions for all you do! I will recommend this company to anyone .

My 2001 Audia was stalling out and I went to a couple of different shops. They told me that it was a transmission problem and that it would cost me around $3,000. I brought my car to Action where they preformed a diagnostic test and they told me that it had nothing to do with the transmission. They told me to get a tune up to my engine. They didn’t charge me for the test or their time. I am now still driving my car with no problems and with out spending a fortune. Thanks to the owner and staff at Action Transmsions. I would recommend anyone to this shop.

Their service was fast and professionally done. My vehicle was done within a 24-hour period.

I drove into 3-4 feet of water during the Aventura flooding in late December 2009. A day after the flood my car was noticeably sluggish, at one point the car stalled all together. I took my car into A-Action Transmission on a recommendation from a local mechanic. Richard, one of the store managers took the car for a test drive and told me that he will contact me back after briefly surveying the transmission. Within a couple of hours Richard gave me a full diagnostic of the transmission, apparantly water seeped into the transmission. I received a quick quote and I promptly notified my insurance provider Allstate Insurance. Allstate was very difficult and their unknowledged adjustor refuted the damage to the tranmission. To my surprise, Richard offered to speak directly with the insurance company and the matter was solved almost instantenously. Richard and everyone at AAction demonstrate excellent customer support and they went well beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction. I easily recommend this shop for any transmission related repair.

After my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer broke down, Aaction Transmissions towed my vehicle in to their shop free of charge and gave me a fair and honest estimate. While the team at Aaction transmissions worked on my vehicle they kept in touch with me and made me feel at ease. They kept my car for about two days and after my car worked perfect. I can see now why Al petrassi and Aaction transmissions has the reputation they do. I would recommend Al petrassi and Aaction Transmissions to anyone that has a transmission problem.
