I called on a Sunday morning before business hours and I didn't even leave a message, but they called me back. They had my washer fixed the same day and didn't charge extra, even though it's Sunday. Great service! He even showed me the repair and how to do it myself next time...how many businesses do that these days?! Price was exactly where it should be too! I will definitely call them again if I ever need service.

Unbelievable service! Called on a Sunday morning and they were at my house within two hours. Found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Very affordable! I will use them in the future.

When our refrigerator stopped working I made the mistake of calling Samsung I would simply diagnose the problem myself and replace the part in question. After 2 1/2 weeks of waiting for parts that did not fix the problem I finally called Emerald Coast. They sent a technician who very systematically diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and when he installed it the refrigerator ran. After 3 weeks of living out of a cooler it was such good news I text-ed my wife. She said it almost made her want to cry or come home and put something in it.

I could have saved over $200 had I called Emerald Coast first.

The tech came the same day that I called to fix our Microwave. I had set it on fire with tin fold inside a bag. I didn't realize that the sandwiches were wrapped in tin foil.

Pretty dumb on my part for not checking.

He found the problem fast and ordered the part which he came back in 2 hrs to install.

Excellent work and reasonably priced.

Unbelievable customer service!! I arrived at my condo at 3 p.m. today to find a problem with the ice dispenser on my refrigerator door. Called them at 4 p.m. and they were here by 6 p.m.! Not only did the technician figure out the problem with the ice maker dispenser, he had the part!! In and out in less than an hour!! And the bill was very reasonable. I am blown away by their same day service and knowlegeable technicians. I only wish they had an office in Atlanta where I live!! My condo is ready for spring rentals now!!! Highly recommend!!!!

OUTSTANDING technicians and service. Don and his team are superb. Called Tuesday evening after hours and they were out first thing in the morning. Had to order a part. Don worked the system and was able to do 2 day ground shipping since no part existed in the Pensacola area. By Friday evening, my washer was fully operational again. Thank you! Have been lookiing for a dependable appliance repair company and my search is over!!

I really appreciated the friendly service. Not only did they repair my dryer, they communicated effectively to me of what the problem was and even what caused it.

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly, and courteous. We were having trouble with our gas cooktop, and a previous repair man who was factory authorized did not correctly diagnose the problem and performed a totally unnecessary and expensive part replacement which did nothing to fix the problem. He never came back and would not return calls. So we are delighted to have found Don, who accurately analyzed and diagnosed the problem and fixed it, for a fair and reasonable charge. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fast excellent service very fair rates was told up front approximate cost depending on parts. Washer needed a capacitor or a motor or both on first visit. Did not have the parts on service vehicle reset appointment and arrived on time found motor to be good replaced Capacitor and billed me the lowest of the estimate. The service tech was courteous and reasonable. Parts are fairly priced. I would recommend this business to anyone. There may be some people that cannot be pleased and there is usually one in every customer base. I will use this business for all of my future repair needs .

I called them at 9:00 in the morning an by 11:00 on the same day, the fridge was working again. They had super awesome customer service, and an affordable rate. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Usually you get the round around from repairs shops talking about scheduling a couple of weeks in the future, that is if they return your phone call. Emerald Coast Appliance Repair is amazing!!! I called this morning and someone answered the phone. They asked what make of dryer then they told the three things that goes wrong on the make. They stated they would have somebody out today between 3-5 PM. Half hour later they called back to ask if I was going to be home they could have the technician out earlier. The technician, Joseph, was extremely knowledgeable and had the job completed within a half-hour, very professional. The problem was exactly what Don told me on the phone. Emerald Coast is now my repair company and will always use them and nobody else.

Fast and affordable service. Called on Saturday and came out quickly. Verry happy with service will use again for appliances.

This is the best service and repair organization that I have ever used. They are prompt courteous and they know their stuff. I had a problem with my ice maker in the refrigerator. They came out and not only fixed it in no time but explained why it wasn't working. They were very professional and you knew you were getting it done correctly. I then had what I thought was a problem with my under the counter ice maker. They came back the same day I called and in no time determined that their was not a problem at all and did not charge anything. They are the best I have come across and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repaid or service

Woke up to water on my floor. Had to take the day off from work thinking I needed to buy a new refrigerator. Started reviewing refrigerators online and decided to try a repair person. Called Emerald Coast and they could come out that same day. They were prompt. They were professional and reasonable and had my refrigerator up and running within half an hour. I highly recommend them. They will get the job done at a reasonable price, the first time.

Called Emerald Coast because i was having a problem with my refridgerator The flap where the ice comes out kept opening and closing. They came out and fixed it in a matter of 30 min. I was very pleased with there service and they were very reasonably. I would recommend them to anyone and if I have any appliance problems I will be calling them. Thank you!!

Don, had come out to repair my ice maker and was able to do it that morning when I really needed him talk about customer service. He diagnosed the problem starting with the least cost possible (eliminate parts) and fortuanally he was right the first time. He explained everything where I understood what was going on and what he was doing. I am very pleased with his work and especially with his belief that honesty is the best policy. It is so comforting to know that there are still people/technician out there that practice that. I will use no one but him for all my home applaince repairs.
