My experience was wonderful! As soon as I contacted Fil I knew by his determination that he would be the one to help me buy a house. I had been trying for over 2 years to buy a house but those attempts were never successful. Then I got into contact with Fil and he helped me purchase a house in under 2 months. In those two months everything went very smooth and easy. I can honestly say that if you need someone to help you please get Fil Castaneda! I highly recommend it! Getting him will result in the fastest and easiest experience! Not only is the experience quick but Fil actually knows what he is doing and can answer all of your questions with the best of his knowledge!

With Fil Castaneda and his office crew (Ibeth Hernandez) who was amazing, we were able to buy our first house within a couple of months. We had a little of drawback with the first offer we got accepted due to the seller decided not to sell in the middle of escrow, so we had to start all over again after 3 waisted weeks.



On the 2nd time we went on a house hunt with Fil, he was able to find us the house we purchased and submitted an offer. Within a day our offer was accepted, from there Fil and his assistance Ibeth helped me thru all the way answering all my questions in timely manner, with a positive attitude and great service. It only took 35 days from submitting the offer to getting our keys!



I highly recommend Fil Castaneda and his crew, they provide an excellent service and my 1st time buying a house was a great experience!





Con Fil Castañeda y su equipo de oficina ( Ibeth Hernández ) que es increíble, pudimos comprar nuestra primera casa en un par de meses. Tuvimos un poco de desventaja en la primera oferta que nos aceptaron debido a que el vendedor decidió no vender en medio de escrow, así que tuvimos que empezar de nuevo después de 3 semanas perdidas.



La segunda vez que fuimos a ver casas con Fil, él pudo encontrar la casa que compramos y presentamos una oferta. Al dia siguente nuestra oferta fue aceptada, a partir de ahí Fil y su asistente Ibeth me ayudaron a través de todo el proceso, respondiendo a todas mis preguntas con rapidez y exactitud. Con una actitud positiva y un excelente servicio . Sólo tomó 35 días desde la presentación de la oferta hasta obtener las llaves!



Recomiendo altamente a Fil Castaneda y su equipo, que proporcionaron un excelente servicio! mi primera vez como primer compradora de casa fue una gran experiencia!
