Dr. Krein is personable and was so helpful and attentive. I had a small lesion on my nose that we surgically removed, but then it came back. We tried non-operative methods for 18 months and then we were able to remove it again completely.

I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for many years for both medical and cosmetic reasons. After doing much research and attending multiple consultations with other surgeons at different facilities, I never felt truly comfortable enough to move forward with surgery. As soon as I met Dr. Krein and his staff at Jefferson Facial Plastics, I knew I wanted to have my procedure done here. He is so thorough, explains everything in detail from start to finish, has an excellent bedside manner, and is a perfectionist- all qualities I wanted in the person working on my face! I trusted him immediately. My results are better than I’ve ever imagined. I can finally breathe through my nose and it looks absolutely perfect. Michelle, the office manager, is so nice and very easy to work with and all of the office nurses are so friendly. I would recommend Dr. Krein and Jefferson Facial Plastics to anyone who wants a stress-free process with amazing results.
