I always had trouble finding a good dentist. Since I found Dr. Sotelo's office I have been a loyal client for over 6 years.

My experiences have always been positive. The staff, and Dr. Sotelo are very welcoming and friendly. I always feel at home. Not your average dentist office visit, I enjoy visiting and getting my cleans, along with check-up routinely.

So I came to Frankford dental not knowing what to expect. From the time I walked in until the time I left I was extremely happy. The whole staff was awesome simply put. They smiled, kept me positive even though I was very nervous. They were one of the most pleasant office staff I was ever around. The Dr was great and the staff was very helpful. I could type for hours about them, but simply put, they are great people and very pleasant to deal with. I have not one negative thing to say. I would 100% recommend then to anyone.

When I came in, he introduced himself which I appreciate very much. He did a very good explanation of my teeth, their status. It was a very good experience overall.

The initial walk in is welcoming and comforting complimented with a staff that was very polite and courteous. The Doctor himself was also polite and courteous.

Friendly, very willing to answer questions, non-rushing appointment.

I had a wonderful and positive experience. The dentist was kind, sensitive, and caring, and explained in detail my treatment plan. He also welcomed questions. The assistant staff are warm, friendly and also quite sensitive to the "fear" people might feel if they have not visited a dentist in some time. This all occurs in a very professional setting.

Very patient and caring during every appointment. Never has you waiting long in the waiting room.

I just wished I knew about him sooner! The staff is so very professional and welcoming, I felt like I've known them for years. Dr. Sotelo explained every little detail to me during my visit and was so understanding, considering all of my previous bad experiences. I got the best cleaning ever from Leslie, I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic chairside presence. Patients always come first and he is always available. Bilingual is a plus as I have Spanish family.

Very informative, very nice, made me feel comfortable, because I have a little anxiety about the dentist. The dental assistant was also amazing. Overall they were very nice, and friendly. Very satisfied with my appointment.

Dr. Sotelo is very personable and caring. His office is clean, bright and cheerful and so are the staff working there. They are professionals, too, in every sense. Whatever your dental needs, Dr. Sotelo provides thorough and professional treatment. I used to dread having to go to the dentist but Dr. Sotelo puts you at ease and takes good care of you.
