Has been roaches since the day we moved in! Have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue and needless to say 5 months later it is still not resolved! The crack heads that they have turned their heads to staying in a supposed to be vacant unit shows the lack of responsibility the property management seems to think falls on them!

Thank you Patty, Andrew, Ellacia, Veronica and all the professional staff at PJ Hussey and Associates. I am here in my condo now for 6 1/2 years. Things happen :( and your staff is always there to fix quick what ever comes up and you fix it right so it does not reoccur. Gives one great peace of mind and feeling of being appreciated. The world needs more of that. I would think that the property management would be one of the most challenging to maintain that posture. I am really amazed to see all the great reviews here for PJ Hussey. I really hope they are not posted by the staff or were paid reviews which will not surprise me at all because this company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with and my neighbors feel the same. Before I moved into this building that is "managed" by PJ Hussey, I specifically asked about the history of the apartment and I was flat out lied to. I was told that the last time roaches were reported in this building (by any tenant) was 2 years ago. I was told that they would respond to emergency maintenance calls within hours and regular calls within 48 hours. I guess, the "responds to" means they will email you back in 5 days and MAYBE will get to the issue in 2 weeks and that too, if you keep following up.. I have many emails (and I have only lived here 8 months) from Patti, Vicki and June (owner of the building I live in) with unprofessional and sarcastic answers whenever I questioned about the status of maintenance. One time, June Pothis told me that maintenance is scheduled for Monday between 10-4. I had to stay home all day to no show on the maintenance. When I called her to ask what is going on, she said the guy was there at 9am and I should have been home at that time. Another time I called to be told that the maintenance guy called my cell phone and was told that his services were not required by me. When I called June, she told me she was being frustrated at me because the email Vicki sent to the WRONG email address was not responded to by me and therefore I missed maintenance. These people never apologize for their lack of ethics and professionalism, instead they find an excuse for EVERYTHING. For the 8 months, I have lived here, property management (for the whole building) such as cleaning the laundry room and cleaning under the stairs was done TWO times ONLY. The laundry room lights were out for several months and I had to call at least 5 times over a period of 3-4 months to get them replaced. The grass was cut TWO TIMES ONLY. My intention for taking my time to write this review is that you are informed of what you are getting into before you do any business with them. So many times, we ignore these issues and give more power to people like these to make free money without doing anything. I hope my intention help you make an informed decision for your highest good.

The door to P. J. Hussey's office was closed during lunch, when I started to walk away I was surprised by the fact that one of the girls happily opened the door for us to pay our rent. Thank you!

Most issues are addressed propmptly and overall the improvements are great. The manager is very nice and has answered all questions or concerns I have about the apartments. I have noticed that the workers here are also very nice and keep the place looking good.
