For 7:30 in the morning everyone in the service department was wide awake, cheerful, pleasant and ready to go. The shuttle driver was delightful and made my ride to work very enjoyable.

I recently purchased my Mini from an outside dealer. Shortly after my engine light came on and I had to make an unplanned visit to Mini. I also had a huge list of small items for possible service. Dan Best attended to all items and provided price estimates as expected. My engine required major service and Mini worked well with myself and the outside dealer to ensure warranty coverages were handled properly. I spoke with Dan and the other folks at Mini numerous times over a week long period and everyone did a great job.

Every visit is exceptional. Lauren and dan are great. This visit was just for a tire. Thought we needed a new one, but found out could be patched. So thankful for the money saved so close to christmas. You guys are always awesome!

went to the MINI dealer as a result of a car accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I was in a rush to get a new car, so my options were limited. Joy Hoffman, my salesperson, helped me go through all options of models, colors, new vs. used to help me come to a good decision. I decided on a car that was within the region, but not at the Pittsburgh site. This was something that MINI of Pittsburgh was very helpful with, because I did not have access to this system online myself. I received my car within the ten day estimate period. The process was very simple.

Pleased to learn that the faulty high pressure fuel pump was covered under warranty (Mini recall?) & So no charge. Service dept. replaced a rear stabilizer part, but still didn't have the part for the rear fog light, requiring another trip (120 miles round trip from my home). Overall I was treated with courtesy & made to feel welcome...

was taken care of as soon as I walked in. She checked in my leased mini for its yearly service and gave me a loaner vehicle that I liked as much as my lease. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and my car was clean and ready by lunchtime.
