Provided by YP.comFor 7:30 in the morning everyone in the service department was wide awake, cheerful, pleasant and ready to go. The shuttle driver was delightful and made my ride to work very enjoyable.

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased my Mini from an outside dealer. Shortly after my engine light came on and I had to make an unplanned visit to Mini. I also had a huge list of small items for possible service. Dan Best attended to all items and provided price estimates as expected. My engine required major service and Mini worked well with myself and the outside dealer to ensure warranty coverages were handled properly. I spoke with Dan and the other folks at Mini numerous times over a week long period and everyone did a great job.

Provided by YP.comPleased to learn that the faulty high pressure fuel pump was covered under warranty (Mini recall?) & So no charge. Service dept. replaced a rear stabilizer part, but still didn't have the part for the rear fog light, requiring another trip (120 miles round trip from my home). Overall I was treated with courtesy & made to feel welcome...
