I traded in my old Honda for a Civic LX. Although I spoke with people at dealerships near my home I chose North hills auto mall because it ALWAYS got 5 stars for sales and service. Jim is the man to see. No nonsense dealing and facts to back it up. Best for getting the best service available. All other salespeople are always friendly and helpful also. The ONLY place to go for a Honda. Well worth the drive.

We bought our 2006 Mazda from North hills auto mall and decided to shop other Honda dealerships up to 100 miles away when it came time to upgrade. But we came back to North hills auto mall because of the warm caring (I know) and friendly people that make THIS Honda dealership such a unique and special place. From the moment you are greeted and paired with your salesperson to the sales manager, and the finance manager you are treated as someone that truly wants your business. There is no phoniness here or high sales pressure. It may take some getting use to! I have purchased over 35 vehicles in my life and never have I left a dealership feeling good, weather a purchase was made or not before North hills auto mall. I traded in my wife's 2001 to purchase a 2006 and we are happy beyond belief with the total overall result. We will continue to recommend, North hills auto mall for people and friends that want a great vehicle purchase experience for a change.

North hills auto mall was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Internet sales manager Jim was the best! He new ever car on the lot, (yes it does exist!) very professional and honest with all aspects of the deal. I received a fair price for my new civic and fair price for my trade, in writing! Were shopping for Odyssey minivans. North hills auto mall had a big selection and we found a nice 2001 van. The sales process is low pressure and pleasant as far as car shopping goes. I have been going to Mark for the past 7-8 years (first when he was at Tabu and now that he is with Oggi) for hair cuts and highlights. I trust him so much that several times when he asks what I want done I have said "surprise me" and he always does (in a VERY good way). His cuts are always spot on and he is a master when it comes to color. I couldn't imagine life without him! While I think their prices are reasonable for center city, they are not cheap. But, in this instance you get what you pay for.

Very friendly, helpful and make you feel like you are family! All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I was being pressured. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

So evidently everyone goes here to get their hair done, but not I. I randomly needed a massage last week and Oggi was where I stopped; I'm happy I did. Jenna did my massage and it was GREAT! It's sometime hard to find a masseuse (especially a woman) who applies the right amount of pressure. I have paid twice as much for a massage that felt like someone was simply poking at me as opposed to massing me. Jenna quickly found the two areas where I carry stress and worked on those areas repeatedly. I was completely relaxed upon leaving. I will definitely go see her again, she was great and you can't beat the price for a great massage.

Both the service department and my salesperson, Keith, are truly top notch! I am so pleased with the treatment I have received over the years. I recommend this dealership and Keith to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
