I have bought some cars in my lifetime and must say I was never treated so bad. We bought 2 vehicles for our family on the same day from Pittsburgh Auto Depot and I swear to god I will never ever never buy another car from this place. I should of known as soon as they took our money there attitude changed for the worse because I was asking a bunch of questions about the cars. I wanted to take a test drive but I was told I couldn't because there wasn't enough time. It was 5:30 and they closed at 8:00. I should of known then that something was wrong with the cars. I could see if only one of the cars were messed up but both of them had several problems. after many trips to there service garage the one still does not have A/C and after driving a hour it starts to overheat. The warranty the sell you is crap to because it only takes care of the engine and transmission. This place is a joke and once they get your money they don't care about you. Trust me there are better places to buy a car from in pittsburgh..

Man,, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from this place. I have only had the car for 5 months and it has been in the shop 6 times. I can't believe this crap. Two different issues and still not right. I have been with out a car for many days and I very upset. I could see if I bought a hupty but I didn't I spent $12,000 on it. To this day I can barly drive my car because it keeps cutting off on me. I just can't take off any more days of work to get it fixed right. Believe me I tried to get my money back but they just laughed at me.. This place is a joke...

I ask myself how this place is still in business. I read all the reviews on here and yes I see the few good ones and even the one that the lady says that it is obvious that this company trys to write good reviews about them. I really like the one where the customer took the time to make a whole site about how bad this place is. Again I ask myself why would you want to buy anything from this place???? After finally finding a decent place to buy a car and understanding that there is some good car lots in Pittsburgh it really makes me wonder. Ok Pittsburghers wake up and stop letting youselves get screwed by this place.

You guys have competitive prices and what makes it even better is that you were willing to work out the financing part with me. I'm glad I was stopped in and gave you guys a shot! Anyone else in Pittsburgh should at least go check them out, I'm positive you'll find something you'd like.

Good luck buying anything from this place. Don't believe anything they say. I did and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had.

I went here because they say you only need $500.00 down. When I got there it was another story. I ended up putting $3000.00 down on a SUV that they said was a good running truck. I only had it one day and one of my tires blew out and the other one had cords showing on it. I took it to my mechanic and he said it should never been sold the way it was because it wasn't safe to drive. If you notice how new all of the good reviews are on here it is because they write there own reviews. I know someone that used to work there and they told me what they do. The person that used to work there quit because he didn't want to get into trouble with the law for selling unsafe cars. Trust me this is not a good place to get a car.

We were very pleased with Leon's charisma, assistance and work ethic. He worked hard to get us what we wanted and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends!

At first we felt as if we were not going to be satisfied. But we were able to work things out and we are now very happy with the outcome!

The atmosphere is so inviting and they made me feel so comfortable, they allowed me to test drive 5 different cars until I found the one I felt the most comfortale with. They made everything work like clock work as far as financing the car to my budget.

Roland was very thorough and did all he could to put us in what we wanted on the terms we wanted. A ++++ salesman. Would recommend!!

They have a great selection of cars here and for a great price. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I feel that I made a great choice choosing the car that I really wanted.

I purchased a minivan from Pittsburgh Auto Depot in Jan 2010. Within days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. The car began stalling and not starting up. I found out that there was an issue with the oxygen sensor. I called the dealership to advise the issue and was told that I could go somewhere and have the light turned off until I can have the sensor replaced as that was not covered under the warranty. (Having the light turned off was probably what they did prior to selling the vehicle to me.) I ended up paying $300 to have that repaired. Months later, I went to have the vehicle inspected and found that the engine cradle is rusted on the vehicle. I had two certified mechanics confirm that the vehicle was like that prior to the sale due to the extensive damage. I also had the vehicle looked over by a welding company who also advised that the vehicle was in that condition at the time of purchase. Essentially all of my savings were used to purchase this vehicle and less than a year later it is inoperable and unsafe to drive leaving me unable to get to work so that I can continue to support my family. I contacted Roland at the dealership to try to get some help and he was not courteous, didn't seem to be concerned and wasn't interested in assisting me. I am a mother of 4, and it's frightening to know that a dealer would sell a DANGEROUS FAMILY VEHICLE SUCH AS A MINIVAN to a family and endanger everyone's life in order to gain a sell. The vehicle is in such bad condition that essentially the engine could fall out while in operation. Please reconsider buying anything from this dealer as apparently the American dollar is most important.
