Allstate's tech, John, did a great job. He found the problem real quick and got it fixed. I have a hard time breathing in this heat, so I appreciate the prompt response.

They came out quickly (the same day I called) and that was excellent. The service was great. I was satisfied with everything that was done.

The insulation looks really good and Lewis really knows what he's doing. I trust them with all of my a/c & heating needs.

I called Allstate to fix a unit in my house that was not longer working. The techs John and Carlos were really fast. They did a good job and everything is fine now.

I originally called upon another service to fix my heater, but they couldn't figure it out. So I called Allstate. They came to my house within a few hours that same day. Within a half hour they identified the problem and fixed it. They took time to explain the problem with me and even taught me a few other things about my heating system. They were courteous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. From the initial call to completion I was treated great.

I thought Allstate heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful. The tech that helped me was Lewis. He was absolutely fantastic! He came out that same day and restored my ac for the evening. I believe he went the extra mile and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
