I want to personally thank AJ, Eric and Tom. I have wanted a 300 ninja for years and when I went to look on a busy Saturday Tom greeted me at the door and said if I needed any assistance or had any questions to let him know. I greatly appreciated that he did not at any time pressure me into anything like so many sales associates do, he just let me browse through the store and look and I appreciated that. I filled out my credit application for the bike and faxed it to AJ on a Sunday. Monday morning I received a call stating that they received it and someone would be contacting me in a few hours which they did. Tom called me and could not have been nicer and patiently answered all of my questions about the bike. The bike I wanted was built from the crate and I picked it up on Tuesday around 4:00.

These guys are AWESOME! I purchased a pair of Kawasaki Jet-skis here back in May. Tom took GREAT care of me and even found the 2nd ski from another dealership. Got the deal all put together and AJ finished it off. She is VERY involved as the General Manager. NOT typical in most places. Kevin pitched in with some accessories, and they all really made me feel like family. That is the way they operate... LOVE it! Thanks Tom, AJ, and Kevin.

I have a 2014 Kawasaki Concours which uses a FOB for the security system and also has an emergency FOB. I managed to lose the emergency FOB so call a few weeks ago and had them order me another one. I finally went in today to have it programmed. To make a long story short Kevin found the FOB I had lost in my pannier. The parts department could not return the FOB so I purchased it. Then the dealership management refunded my money and said they would keep it in stock. It was a very nice gesture and something the obviously didn't have to do. If you are looking for a Kawi or Suzuki visit them, you will have a good experience.

I bought a used 07 Burgman from PKS in 2009 and my great service experience has been why I continue to use them. While I don't expect same day service, every job I've taken in for them has been done well and warrantied when needed. My latest job, a combo CVT belt/coolant swap and other needs was taken care of and the scooter runs as new. I trust Bob as their Service Manager and he makes good on his word. That to me is worth my business and my money.

I just purchased my second concourse 14 from Plano Kawasaki and the experience was outstanding just as I expected. Very fair and straightforward. I visited other dealerships who offered a lesser price online however when I all was said and done prices were very similar. I went back to Plano Kawasaki because they said straight out what they could do and that is what they did. Highly recommended, Larry and AJ are a pleasure to deal with.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this place but my experience was great. Bought a nice used Kawasaki Concours with no hassles or surprises. It even had a full tank of gas (wow, 7.5 gallon tank). Unfortunately, the fuel petcock started to leak shortly after leaving the store. This was not seen during the test ride (must have been the full tank of gas). Even though I had already signed all the paperwork which said I bought it "as is", the salesperson and shop owner were quick to say "bring back and we'll fix it". Which they did at no charge. I would definitely buy another motorcycle from these folks, but never assume, always ask questions.

PS If you want to be treated badly, try a Harley dealer.
