My pool is now complete and I am thrilled with the result! Many of my friends and neighbors have commented on the speed of the build and the quality of the work that was done.

Not only did the final result exceed my expectations, but my experience with the knowledgeable staff has also been noteworthy. From the design to the service I received, the building process has gone smoothly and everyone was very helpful throughout the process. I have no doubt that any warranty service, should I ever need any, will be just as hassle-free.

Very happy about our beautiful pool from Venture Custom Pools. I did a lot of research before coming to them and I was nervous as anyone would be about a big purchase. I was nervous up until the work started. That first day they did so much work and the workers were polite and took great care of my backyard. I went to bed that night feeling confident I made the right choice. And I did. I love my pool and I am always reminded of your dedication whenever I look at it.

Just a quick note to compliment your wonderful staff. We have had two pools built by Venture and both of them were beautiful. The whole process was easy and painless! John H is a great guy and we have recommended him to several people. Amanda and Valerie were great also and took care of everything. If we could have you build a third pool for us we would. Keep up the good work.

I had my pool custom made from Venture and everything turned out great. This was a couple years ago, but today I’m writing about a new experience I had. Last week, I sent a panic call to their office due to the pump in my pool not priming. I called their office and the technician was very helpful by explaining what I needed to do in order to prime the pump. I begged him to help me and told him I would leave a key for him even though he didn’t anticipate being able to come by. I was unable to get the pump primed and left a message explaining the situation after we talked. The next morning, I went out and try to get the pump working and noticed that someone had been there early in the morning to fix the problem. I was so surprised by the great and expedite service by Venture Custom Pools I just had to share.

I want to thank you for your assistance in helping us with our pool after it was completed on time and exactly as you promised. My spouse and I decided that we wanted to change some of the stonework around our pool and when we contacted your company the project coordinator at your office was kind and gracious to help us get the work scheduled. I called your company on a Monday and by Wednesday you had workers out to my house taking care of the extra work we wanted done. The work was done fast and neatly…in fact they left my house so neat that I could not tell they had been there and completed the job. Great work all around.

The process of creating our custom pool was quite frankly, really cool! My spouse and I were thrilled to learn that our pool designer had advanced computer technology that allowed him to design a Virtual Pool for us using the unique backyard dimensions and landscape of our house. We were able to give the Venture pool designer 100% input into our pool shape, depth, building materials, water features, lighting and even a remote control for our spa. Now we are incredibly satisfied and enjoying our high tech backyard.

First let me start out by saying that this THANK YOU is long overdue from our family…but you guys at Venture are the ones to blame because we’re having so much fun! You built our family such a beautiful pool that we haven’t been able to get out of the sparkling blue water and write you. The Venture Custom Pool Team made our family fun dreams come true!

Certainly having a pool built so fast was great but the people were even more amazing. When we were doing our research on what pool company to use we read so many horror stories from consumers who had bad experiences with sub contractors or even the sales group with the pool company they chose. Each person we encountered through this process have been absolutely the most customer focused, professional and quite honestly the most genuine people that we have had doing any kind of work in our home.

This was our first time using Venture and every staff member did not disappoint! We felt we made the right decision upon our own research and it was confirmed when the job was completed.

Everyone at Venture and their contractors build beautiful pools but it's the manner in which you do business that makes you the best pool company!! we have shared our experience with many people including in our blog and everyone who will listen!

I must admit that this review comes a little late but Venture built such a beautiful pool I just haven t been able to get out long enough to do it!! In all seriousness, we sincerely want to thank everyone at Venture for everything. It was amazing to watch the guys come in and dig the hole for the pool; they were fast, efficient, and above all professional! What was probably the most impressive part of the entire building process was that the rain did not slow you down at all; everyone still showed up as promised, or earlier, rain or shine! From the day the hole was dug until the day we took our first swim it was 3 weeks and 1 day...that's amazing!

Sincerely appreciate all the hard work of the staff over at Venture. They have done such a great job with my pool- I love it!

A customers main impression of a company is always through their interaction with the employees. With that in mind I can say that my experience with Venture Custom Pools was excellent. The Construction Manager proved to be efficient, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced. The woman who co-ordinated everything handled things flawlessly and made sure the project came along on schedule and with great efficiency. It was a very smooth operation. Now that I have had this experience with Venture Custom Pools I can say that it was a pleasure working with them.
