Had a plumbing issue and repairman Evanson was excellent! He knew exactly what the issue was from my description and went right to work. The issue was fixed in no time and I'm so pleased, I would highly recommend him.

Pride replaced our 25year old HVAC system and we couldn't be happier with the speed and professionalism of the service we received. Frank(salesperson) gave us three different HVAC system replacement options and answered all the questions we had. They took care of all the permits. THE PAYMENT WAS DO UPON COMPLETION OF WORK(no deposits)

Victor( the installer) came with his crew at the scheduled time, they were very courteous and did great job. I am very happy with the new system. Now is about one month later and the system works great.
Again they were very professional and so incredibly nice, we will be using this company for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs and you should too !

I would like to compliment you on the service man that came out today. He was a gentleman and did a good job and even cleaned up after himself. Thank you so much!

I moved from Plantation, FL the end of June and am trying to get organized at my new residence. I have been a customer of Pride for many years and expected to find a similar company here that could provide me with the peace of mind I had with your excellent service that was also affordable. I have not been able to find such a company. Could you please open a branch in the Tampa area? perhaps your business contacts might know of a similar company operating here? I am so disappointed that your company isn't in this area. If by any chance you do know of a business here that would be similar to Pride please let me know. My peace of mind is suffering!

Would like to say thank you to Byron for servicing our AC on Saturday. His service and expertise was extremely professional. Would highly recommend PRIDE AC Services to my friends for their appliance and service repairs.

Your tech came to replace our water heater which finally died. He did a GREAT job installing it, & bringing the pipes, & wiring up to code. He knew exactly what he was doing, & did it very well. People usually write only to complain, but I must compliment the tech who was here. Some people said to pay someone $100 to do it, but I've heard stories about problems later on with that. In life you DO get what you pay for. Please thank the tech for us, & buy him lunch!!!

Great prices and quality work. They performed like pros. I had Pride come out and replace all my duct work and air conditioning system. They designed everything and applied for all the necessary permits. They completed on time. Great job PRIDE!!! Just a note I got the deluxe Trane XL20 two stage and loving it. Thank you!!

I shopped around and found Pride to be the most knowledgeable company when it came to Air Conditioning services. We had a new system within a few days and we also signed u for a service contract for our appliances. The service contract made our lives easier,now we don't have to worry when any of our appliances break. Highly recommend Pride AC.

This place is great... They came out fast and repaired our air conditioning and they were affordable. The technician was a real nice guy who actually knew what he was doing and did a real nice job. I will use this company again based on my experience with the service they provided to us.

I have had a service contract for 2 years with this company. They always arrive on time, fix the problem and are courteous and professional. Would recommend Pride without reservation.

I wanted to commend one of their service men. Thankfully in spite of the terrible weather and pouring rain, Ray did not stop and finished the job in the worst of working conditions. I am so glad that he didn't just tell me that the part needed to be ordered. I would never have been the wiser and albeit a bit frustrated and hot. I would have no recourse. Ray did the professional thing and served the customer in spite of his discomfort. Sadly, I don't know many Ray's out there. I am just grateful I was lucky enough to have had him assigned to my home. Thank you Pride for having Ray and hopefully he will receive more than a pat on the back for this. He should be rewarded and should train others on the true meaning of customer service. Satisfied customer!

We gad a leak under our kitchen sink and Dale fixed it on 2/29/2016. It was tricky, because the leak was in the back of the garbage disposer, and not visible. He figured the whole thing out and replaced it. He also explained some stuff to us about how the plumbing worked. He did a GREAT job and was very nice. It's terrific guys like this that keep us renewing our contract with Pride.

Your new feature to receive a call back without loosing your turn as well as your overall response on the phone are quite an improvement on the crucial front line of a satisfactory service to customers. Much more important than even the price. You just have won a faithful customer!

Our tech Chris repaired a couple of electrcial outlets for us today. This is his second service call to our home in two years.As a management consultant, I used to work with organizations on how to improve their customer service. I have absolutely no suggestions on how Chris could have improved his performance in either the work he performed or his attitude and personality. Once again Chris was excellent. Kudos to your organization for employing people like Chris.

Your plumber Mario came and installed a new bathroom drain stopper for us. We found Marion to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite. His work in the tub seems to be excellent. He was also very helpful in that he examine done of our washbasin stoppers and explained why it does not drain quickly. Kudos to you got hiring professionals like Mario. And thanks to Mario for being so helpful.

I wanted to recognize your dishwasher repair person Joseph, deserves kudos from you for upholding the fine reputation of your company. Joseph came to install a new motor. His first smart move was to call, knowing his GPS could probably not detect my whereabouts in the Township thus saving you time. He came in with excellent humor and courtesy and set about his business immediately. After what seemed to be a short time considering what I expect to be the enormity of the job, he, having finished not only explained the situation but told me he had cleaned a couple of filters I never knew existed.He tries to treat his customers as if the appliance in question belonged to him. Anyone who has this attitude and efficiency about his work certainly deserves high praise.

Their service people are great people.
