Two old guys were rude and never answered my questions. They barely even looked in my direction. These people should not be in sales.

I found this new gun shop not only to be clean and bright, but well maintained and friendly staff. Everyone behind the counter has a great deal of experience with firearms and is willing to share and spend time with you as you look through what they have. At least two of the counter representatives has law enforcement experience, and will help you understand your potential purchase and make suggestions on what may be best for you. I often stop by just to chat, but find they have a nice variety of new equipment. It's a store you can take your wife and children in to visit. That can't be said (unfortunately) for some of the stores in town.

I was in the market to purchase my first handgun and pretty much didn't know much about guns or anything related. Saw this new gun shop and thought i would see what great deals they advertised. When i walked in the door, the 2 guys in there couldn't give a damn about me and continued their coffee talk. I asked one of them if i could see one of the 9mm handguns. I told him i had never held a gun before and wanted him to show me some things, etc...... He told me that if i had never held a gun before, i should go to another gun shop where they let you shoot first, get comfortable with it, then come back. He said he did not like dealing with people who come into gun shops without experience. So, i have taken him up on his offer and plan on telling everyone i know to not step foot in that store. Probably the worst experience i have had in a while.
