Fox has been great to work with and their professionalism has been very appreciated. I have always had a good experience and will use them forever. I cant say enough good things about them and I feel fortunate to have a company like this looking out for my best interest.

It has almost been 3 years that I have been renting from Fox and everything has been fine. Even though I am a tenant and not an owner the team at Fox still treats me with respect. When my lease is up in a few months I look forward to spending another year with them.

I went to this management company when I was in search of a new place to rent. I had applications into 2 management companies and chose the Fox property because of all the help and service they provided during the application process. After a few months they are just as great. I'm glad I made the right choice.

Fox has taken care of all my property needs and has my best interests in mind. They take great care of the property and my tenents have raved about their speed with repairs and courteous service.

This is a great management company that I wish i had never left. The rental I had with them was so easy to deal with, never had a problem. The new place is a little bigger and closer to work but it's managed by monkeys. I MISS FOX MGMT!

They are the worst landlords in all of Portland. They just want you to pay and leave them alone. They do not return calls, and if you by chance are the lucky? one and get their crew to come out and fix your problem, they will do such a horrid job it breaks a week later!Beware! And b.t.w. fox management is the actual author of all their five star reviews on city search. they write them to push the one star reviews off the page.

Fox management will ignore your tenants and let the house fall into disrepair.They do not treat people right and do not return phone calls from tenants. They get their family members to do repairs and do a shoddy, substandard job.

Fox management does not return phone calls, the president of the company does NOT return your phone calls.... they have left my family with no hot water or heat for weeks at a time, while I begged them through emails and voicemails to just replace the hot water heater so it would quit breaking.... all ignored... they NEVER called me back. I would repeatedly call until they finally would repair it ... the repair lasting for only a few months. I finally got them to replace it by repeatedly calling until I finally got someone to answer the phone. After the person showed up to replace it... he asked ME how to light the hot water heater... then after he replaced it he had me light it for him. A year and a half ago someone came to inspect my home for lease renewal, at that time I went through the litany of broken things in my home, from the hot water heater to the window (the only window that opens in the whole front of my home) to the electrical outlets throughout the house. Worst experience ever. They not only make the conditions unbearable for the tenants they cheat the owners out of a lot of money. They do not fix any issue but charge the owners anyway. The charge fees for work when they did not even fix anything but since they showed up to the house you get charged a fee. When you move out you do not get your deposit back because they find ways to charge for everything. Even throwing away planters that came with the house and charging you for their effort.

Stay away from this company, they will be a complete waste of your time. Not only were we not informed of the rat problem, but after we found dead rats they still denied. When we moved into the apartment it had not been cleaned and was in horrible condition. It took them three months to send someone out for issues they said would be fixed within the first week. The staff is rude and will ignore your phone calls for months. The only way to get things done is to go into the office and speak face to face. Basically they don't care about tenants at all.
