Such A Great Secure Place! Loved the customer service. First time getting a storage unit and I feel really secure about it!

Premises are clean, secure and easy to access. We are very happy to have our household goods in storage at this locaton

Great service and facility! Clinate-controlled units at reasonable rates in a very convenient location.

This storage facility is super clean and efficiently run. Was in an out with my stuff. I have two units that I am renting there and have been completely satisfied with the whole set up thus far.

Stopped by a few weeks ago and asked Carlos a question about our bill and he was friendly and professional. There appeared to be more carts as well which is great.

I’ve rented from many and this is by far the best storage facility in town. Clean, good staff and accessibility make this a 5 star location.

I’ve used several storage facilities through the years and SPS at the NW Portland location is the best of my experiences to date. There is ample room to park so that you don’t feel crowded and blocked in or blocking someone in just because more than 2 people showed up at the same time.
Separate auto entrance gate and exit gate is also helpful.
Good choices of unit sizes for the perfect fit.
New place so clean and nice.
I haven’t used it yet but I believe there’s an Amazon locker location just outside the office which could be helpful for receipt and storage of items.

I really appreciate all the help Carlos has given me! I rented a unit from California, and Carlos was very helpful in getting the right unit at the right price. There are no hidden fees like many other storage companies, and I can cancel at anytime with no fees. It's a convenient location off the Fremont Bridge with easy access, and the extra security at this facility is great. The building is new, ad there are carts to help you load and transport boxes, and conveniently located bathrooms. I want to thank Carlos for going the extra mile and helping me out of a tight spot. I was in Washington state, and became ill, and I called him and asked if he would accept the trailer that was due that day, and let them know where to park it, and he even put a lock on it, and I promised to pay for that as well as soon as I was able to get down there. Very good customer service indeed.

Great place to store your stuff. They are new, clean, and have a friendly staff. Their prices are competitive and they have dollies available to help loading/unloading of stuff. They also have an easy to access location which was a big plus.

My experience with Security Public Storage has been exceptional! Beautiful and clean facilities, helpful staff, and a great location in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a shot or long-term storage solution!

I was blown away when I arrived, brand new and fully secured. I am in a wheelchair and the building was fully accessible.

Good place. Good security. VERY friendly & helpful staff. Only downside, if you don't get your vehicle out of the secure gate by 10p... it's locked in there overnight

The most kind, friendly, and helpful staff... brand new facility and the floor plan makes it easy to get to different storage units. The hallway is heated nicely so even when it was snowing outside we were comfortable inside when we were moving into our new unit. Moving here saved us hundreds of dollars compared to the other storage facility less than a mile away.

The facility is brand new, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and they have many options to choose from for all your storage needs!
