It has only been a few weeks since my contouring procedure. I could not be happier! The entire staff made the experience seamless. They were truly pleasant. Quite honestly, I was never nervous, just excited! I have had several failed and unattractive laser treatments, Dr. Malin was able to work a not-so-small miracle, and I am one smiling lady. Thank you Dr. Malin, Shab, and the Portland team.

Sono Bello Portland staff are very helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I had a couple areas in my midsection and bra roll done with. The doctor was great and took time to explain everything to me. He answer all my questions in my consultation and during the procedure itself! I am so happy the I finally made the decision to do this, I have wanted to improve my body for so many years and I am so happy I did! Shab is amazing at what she does and has all the answers and never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable! She made me feel comfortable about my body and guided me throughout the whole process.

I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My experience with Sono bello has been wonderful. The staff is nice, they were very thorough with preparing me for what to expect before, during and after my procedure. I am pleased with my decision to finally do something about my muffin top. Although it's not completely gone yet it is much less and I have the jump start I was looking for!

I honestly had a great experience. Shab was wonderful! She was very honest. She didn't sugar coat anything! She informed me of what I could honestly expect for my outcome (funny thing is , my expectations were exceeded). Sarah my LPN during the surgery was AMAZING! She was positive and full of excitement. Her great energy really calmed my nerves. Nicole at the front desk welcomed me with warm regards on every visit. She made me feel like I was apart of the establishments family. She was always willing to answer any of my questions and if she didn't know the answer she quickly found the right person for me to talk to (usually Shab). My doctor Bensimon was phenomenal. He was super pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. He was caring and empathetic and made sure that I was aware that everyone has insecurities and that it was ok to want to strive for a better physical appearance (since that is what I wanted). From start to finish, he remained very aware of my comfort level through-put the entire process. He provided me with a ton of positive outcomes and he reassured me that I was going to have great results. He admitted that he cant perform miracles but I was guaranteed to see a dramatic difference. Dr. Bensimon contacted me the day after the surgery to check on me. He personally called me. At that time he informed me that he wouldn't be seeing me again and that I would be meeting with the Sono Bella RN at my one week follow up.



At my 1 week follow up you could visibly see a dramatic difference in my physical appearance. I was told that I would probably not see a difference at my one week follow up and that I would probably appear bigger. However, this was not the case for me. You could see a huge change.



I'm VERY VERY VERY Happy with my outcome. I'm even every where and I feel like I was taken care of completely.



Shab, Sarah, Nicole, and Dr. Bensimon were and are all awesome!!!



PS. I can't get enough of Shab and Sarah they are both freaking amazing!!!

I had a wonder experience at Sono Bello. The consultant told me everything I needed to know and helped me schedule my procedure. She even helped me get financing which I thought would be impossible with my credit. The nurse that was with me through the procedure was supportive. The team made my overall experience a good one. The doctor was sweet and compassionate during procedure, when I was uncomfortable he gave me more medication and made sure I was comfortable.. Over all I am happy and would recommend Sono Bello.

I give this place 5 stars. Very helpful, answered all my questions, friendly and didn't over promise. It's been a little over 2 months so I still don't have the final results, but so far I love it! I had my chin done and I no longer feel self conscience when I smile broadly that I have a huge double chin. My doctor was great, I wish I could remember his name, and my 2 nurses were wonderful, Denise and Sherry. I would highly recommend.



I have read many of the negative reviews. The gal who signed me up wasn't a medical professional, nor does she profess to be. I think a lot of people do liposuction thinking it will miraculously solve all their body issues. Don't set yourself up for failure. Do your research. For me, they did what they said they were going to do.

Having a procedure with sono bello was not a hard decision to make once I met Shab. I loved her energy her attitude was always so positive. The procedure was a piece of cake. I have little recollection and I am positive I was joking around with the staff. Dr. Sobel was / is amazing. I am very very happy with the progress as I have seen thus far. I am happy knowing there will continued progress beings its only been a few weeks since procedure.

I am looking forward to the next few months and seeing the continued results of my body transformation.

Sonobello's staff are as amazing as it gets. I am a very shy person and private. Five minutes into my first appointment I was totally relaxed and much less nervous about the whole procedure.The entire staff is upfront and honest about cost, care, after care. Amazingly affordable for the amount of care they give you. I highly recommend them. I feel like they have given me a whole new lease on life. I am so very grateful to the ENTIRE staff at Sonobello!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! My wife just had a procedure done and the results are amazing. She was very nervous going in. The nurse and doctor did a great job of answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery wasn't bad at all. I may return myself for some work on my love handles!

I am very happy with my results. I have seen a reduction in my belly that I am very pleased with. I can finally tuck in my dress shirts and wear fitted jeans without a bulge.

I am so happy I finally went to sono bello ! I cant believe when people say this doesn't work, OF COURSE it works they suck out the fat, my stomach is flat, I have way smaller love handles. Dr Bensimon is fantastic! My stomach was flat the next day!! I know I still have swelling but quite honestly if the way i look now is my final results I would still be thrilled!

I had a great experience at Sono Bello. The entire staff was professional, friendly and supportive. I can't begin to talk about the superior service that I received from Shab. She was amazing. I was already nervous about the procedure but with her bubbly personality and caring attitude, I knew I had made the right choice about getting the procedure done. Dr. Sobel performed my surgery and he was very attentive to me as I was telling him exactly what my expectations were. I am about one month post - op, and I can already see results. I am eager to see the final results.

I am very happy that I chose Sono Bello for my body contouring. After three months, I see improvements in my shape that I did not attain in four years of exercise four times a week. I can tell that I still have some swelling so I am hoping for even more results.



All of the Sono Bello staff has been great both during the procedure and as I heal. The literature I was given has provided answers to all my questions. My only surprise was that healing and results are gradual.

I've had a great experience at Sono Bello. I've had body contouring on 5 areas of my body and the procedure itself was painless and fast. My recovery time was what I expected it to be and I was back to work halftime after 5 days; full time after 2 weeks. The staff at the Portland location are very nice and eager to answer any questions you may have. Shab is very energetic and gives a fun, stress-free consultation. The desk staff are very flexible and accommodating when it comes to last minute changes with appointments and i never feel like I'm "putting them out". I received weekly emails after my procedure as well as a personal phone call from Dr. Bensimon to check in and make sure I was doing well. The massage techniques they recommended sped up my recovery process and 3 months later I look like I am back to normal, just better than pre-surgery. I'm looking forward to having future procedures at Sono Bello Portland!

I went in for my appointment on 4/30 and was so ready to get my tri-sculpt procedure done and lo and behold, they were able to fit me in the next day! The entire office staff was so friendly. I met with Dr Patel and we decided that I would have five areas done; my upper and lower abs, my upper and lower back and my waist. He was so nice!

When I went in for my procedure the next day, the staff was great. Took me back, gave me my meds and I was ready. I brought my iPod and they played my music in the procedure room. When I came out, I was just a bit out of it. Went home that evening and just slept everything off without any pain meds!

When I got up the next morning, I just felt like I had done a thousand sit ups but otherwise felt fine. Even though I took the day off, I really could have gone to work. When I went to take my first shower about 24 hours after my procedure, I actually saw my waist for the first time since my mid twenties!

Day 2 after my surgery, I was out all day long with my daughter shopping. Still no pain pills! I had lots of bruising in my lower "pouch" area but I took the little pills to assist in minimizing the bruising. That was the only area in which I had bruising.

Come Monday morning, I felt great! Went to work and told my coworkers that it was the best decision that I had made.

It is now 2 weeks since my surgery and I am still very happy. I am wearing the compression garments and binding during the day and just bought the secondary compression garment.

For those of you who are considering getting this procedure done, I would highly recommend going to Sono Bello. I read a lot about the procedure and was also considering a tummy tuck but didn't want to be knocked out or have the long recovery time. This process if NOT for everyone. If you have a lot of lose skin, this may not be the procedure for you. But if your skin has good elasticity and you follow the directions as the office indicates, you will be happy with the results. For those people leaving negative responses, they should have gotten other types of surgeries instead of lipo. You need to decide before you even walk in the door if this is a procedure for you. You do see a "salesgirl" and she is the one that breaks it down and tells you the costs. The pricing is according to BMI% and having three areas done is the optimal savings. For me, it was the right thing to do but it may not be for everyone. There are costs involved just like any surgical procedure but the recovery time is so quick and the pain was minimal. I am a REAL patient and quite frankly may end up going back for the other areas that need some "help." Explore all of your options and do what is best for you. All I can say is that I HIGHLY recommend Sono Bello.

Sono Bello literally changed my life. The staff is outstanding!! From the first appointment with Shab, I felt comfortable, safe and confident I was making the right decision. Shab rocks!! She is honest about the procedures and made it financially possible for me to have the procedure. Dr. Bensimon, well he changed my life. He is a miracle worker. I had lipo on my upper and lower abs, hips and waist. He said he was going to have me in a bikini and this summer I will be. I was a size 16 and am now a loose 12 with a FLAT stomach. I would have never had the confidence I now have without them. I love how genuinely kind Dr. Bensimon was during the procedure it's self. I was so nervous and he talked and joked with me, making me fill at ease. Going to Sono Bello was the best decision I have ever made!!

I am 8 weeks post surgery (upper/lower abdomen and hips/waist) and I have had nothing but great service. From the day of the consult, pre-op, surgery and post surgery, all staff members I came in contact with were wonderful. I did read the reviews for Sono Bello, as well as other places prior to making my decision. I had a couple c-sections, thus I knew that all the loose skin in my lower abdomen would not magically disappear, but is has gone down significantly at this point and I can now fit into clothes that are 2 sizes smaller (pre-surgery). I think it also helps that I use skin tightening lotion (over the counter) constantly. I met the Dr. Zingaro at my pre-op and he walked me through the process of what would be happening the day of and stuck around to answer any questions. I walked in on the day of the surgery with absolutely no reservations. Since then, I have been checked up on and sent weekly emails on where my progress should be. They were great every step of the way.

I can't thank Sono Bello enough for providing me such a positive experience at their Portland Center. They have such an amazing office staff from bottom to top! They were all friendly, courteous & professional. Not to mention that my laser lipo procedure went perfectly. I'm exactly 2 weeks out now & I'm so happy with my results! I had my stomach & flanks done, & the results are awesome already! I've lost lots of inches around my waist, my tummy is totally flat & my muffin top is gone. It's phenomenal that this can be done now without having to have a full tuck. There was minimal discomfort & downtime. I'm completely content with my overall experience, have no regrets & would completely recommend anyone to them!!!

To Dr. B: Thank you, thank you for the wonderful work you have done. I have seen amazing results so far. I am down to 159 which when I came in I was 175. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8 (M) already. My most troubles area is 1/2 of the mass size it had been and continues to shrink. I have followed some of your no to low carb/no processed sugars/high protein diet advice and already can feel a major difference. I still continue to work out 4 days a week which is killing me but working out gives me energy. It is helping to contour my troubles area's and makes me feel healthy. I am starting to gain muscle back again so I know my weight loss will be a bit slower but I don't just want to be lighter I want to be tone.

I look forward to my six month follow up and hope my results are even better.
