I've been coming to Dr L for 15 years, and always had excellent care and results. The hygienists are also excellent and the rest of staff are all very personable. Both the doctor and the hygienists are also gentle, if that's a concern. I could save some by going elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the care like I do here.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Langenbach and the staff. They all are so kind and hospitable. Very helpful and explain everything clearly of what I need for treatment. They are also very enjoyable to be around and I actually enjoy going into the office. I trust Dr. Langenbach's diagnosis more than any dentist office I have been to and he has done everything he can to help me with my teeth and jaw pain. I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I've had bite issues for many years and went through several different dentists with crowns breaking repeatedly. Dr Langenbach developed a 3 year plan to gradually correct my bite. He fixed my bite and I've had no issues since. His staff is the best too, very friendly and helpful.

Don't always love going to the dentist, but everyone at this office makes sure my experience is pain free and pleasant. I do not have anxiety going to see Dr Langenbach or anyone else in the office. I have also seen Dr Thomas on several occasions and received the same patient and loving care. The assistants make sure you are comfortable, have everything you need and always wear a warm smile to make me feel welcome Will always recommend this office!!!!!!!!!

We met Dr. Thomas for a second opinion, she was good and spend necessary time. I have not experience her dental service but would trust to try one day

Dr. Langenbach and the entire staff are so professional and compassionate - they take great care of their patients. I was worried about a tooth with sensitivity and they took great care of me!! I can truly say that I also have fun since the staff is so great!!

Dr, Langebach is both technically excellent and very personable. I have been coming to his practice since he began in Poway. His staff and dental hygienists are also top notch.

As always, I received outstanding Care From Dr. Langenbach. My current Visit was to repair a chipped tooth. Dr. Langenbach determined that a smoothing was all that was required, and preformed the work without charge.
