Most definitively warrants a 5-star rating across the board. Service, professionalism and courtesy were top-notch. I will most definitely use this service again and would recommend to anyone.

Great guy, great service. Mark is now my go-to guy for all things septic!

A class act, and reasonable. We used Premier twice in the past year (yes, you read that right, but not his fault). Informative, personable, reasonable. The second time, we had to pump our tank dry to replace a bad pump due to poor installation 15 years ago. He was booked, but he dropped everything to rearrange his schedule, clearing it with other clients beforehand, to be there for us so we could get water and septic back promptly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great service. Getting your septic tank pumped is not something you want to have to think about, so it was nice to have someone like Mark to take care of it. He was extremely courteous and professional. Premier Septic Services was also one of the lowest rates that I was quoted. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling him back again in 5 years.

Mark was professional, friendly & polite. His price(s) are below other septic companies. He was there the next day and contacted me when he was finished (as he promised he would do). I would recommend him and his services to anyone who is in need.

Mark at Premier was very helpful and professional- I did not realize that Chesterfield Co had passed a law requiring you to pump the Septic every 5 years until a notice came via mail - Premier was competitive and easy to schedule with. We were not able to be home and he contacted us via text once he was finished. Since we have an engineered field I left him our Engineering schmatics in case needed. All went well and would recommend

I was unable to be at my home for the cleaning, but this proved not to be a problem. They contacted me by phone to verify they were at the right location, and arrange payment.



I was unaware that Chesterfield required a pumping every 5 years, and received a letter advising me to get it done. The next day I placed the call to Premier, and within 24 hours they were onsite getting me taken care of. Upon completion, they left the receipt where I could find it, along with a reminder to send a copy to the county.



I was surprisingly impressed with their care for my yard. My tank is on the opposite side of my home than my driveway. I was surprised to find out when I got home that they had not driven their heavy vehicles on my lawn to get to the tank, which I truly appreciated as I had forgotten to express my concern for this



I know this isn't a service that you frequently need to have done, but when the time comes around, you should go with this company.

I was quoted a price of between $200-$225. It cost $255, When I told him where the septic was located he questioned if I knew what I was talking about. Not what I call premier service.

We got a better rate with Premier Septic and the owner Mark is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I definitley recommend this service!

The company was out here in 3 hours for cleaning, the driver Mark was very nice polite and patient with me. They had a long hose so the didn't have to come in the back yard with the truck and disturb the grass.....I give this company and Mark a great rating
